Location: Location is great. Less than 5 minute walking distance from they subway Sakae Station Exit 13. You may exit here or exit through Chunichi Building (so you would go up to the ground/road level by an escalator). Front desk is on the second floor and Lawson is on the ground floor. 7-11 and Family mart are within 5-minutes walk from the hotel. Staff: Very friendly and accommodating. Room: The room was clean and typical for a business hotel. Room was big enough for 2 people. We were able to use the work desk for our laptops. We managed to open 2 medium size luggage on the floor without feeling to cramped. We had daily house keeping and everything was in order when we got back. Bathroom: Clean and spacious. With bidet, towels, and free toiletries. Overall great and we were satisfied with our stay at The B Nagoya.

Location was great, surrounded by shops and close to the subway station - although it is a little bit of a walk to the subway exit (tip: do not haul your suitcase up exit 13’s stairs, but go into the department store next door and use the escalator there. You can quickly find your way out and onto the right street). Room was comfortable and there were a number of good amenities. Like most Japanese mid-range hotels the room was small. I was solo in the room so didn’t feel too cramped but I imagine two people with two large suitcases might find it tight. Staff were helpful - special thanks to the young man on reception when I checked out for filling in the luggage forwarding forms!

Although it didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the room, the decor was a little tired with some signs of wear and tear. The bed was also quite hard - again this didn’t interfere with my comfort but this may affect some people.

close to sakae station (tip instead of exit from 13 go into the chuunichi building and use the escalators instead) saved a lot of climbing. close to many shopping areas that I wanted to go. there were different desserts from donuts, egg tarts, canele, macarons, daifuku (rotated) and coffee for free at the lobby area. (the desserts at evening hours only( the breakfast buffet was also good, good variety, i love the misokatsu definitely try that!

the mattress and pillows was a bit too hard for my liking, would have been great if they provided iced water as well rather than just hot water and coffee and espresso. the tea choices in the room weren't that great. would have been good if they have chamomile tea to help sleep. a bit noisy even though I was sleeping at 13th floor, there was quite a bit of activity like sirens and car sounds at night.

1. Amenities - I like that the room has complete amenities and you could also get amenities from the lobby. 2. Free Donuts at 3-7pm 3. Location - Near 2 stations. Airport Transfer in Oasis 21 bus stop. 4. I left my jacket in our room when we checked out. I sent an inquiry/request to their website and the staff was able to give my jacket to my friends who are checking out later.

1. The room is a little more expensive if we compare it to the other rooms we had for our trip (Sapporo and Tokyo). But other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 2. The toilet bowl / bidet was not working on our room. We did not inform the staff but it was an inconvenience. 3. You can hear conversations inside the room from the elevator/hallway

The location is the best ever. My friend and I just wandered around the hotel because all the desired destination were closed to the hotel. The staff were helpful and informative. I read several comments about noisy during the night because the hotel was next to the main street, but we could sleep peacefully without hearing anything noisy.

I hope the hotel could improve its safety. The elevator is located on the 1st floor meanwhile the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The point is that people can entry and assess all the floor easily although they are not the hotel guests. At least, the hotel should apply requirement for tapping a room key card first before pressing the floor.

We arrived troubled about one of our Rimowa luggage. For some reason its lock is broken and we can't open it! The staff in the frontdesk said there is a Rimowa store 5 minute walk from the hotel. She was too kind to call that Rimowa store for us and asked them if they can fix our broken luggage. That is how hospitable, kind and polite the hotel staffs were. Our room and the entire hotel is also very clean and the location is excellent. I will stay in this hotel again!

I came to Nagoya for work and stayed at the b Nagoya. The Hotel is very well located in Sakae. It is easy to find place to eat and drink close by. The room are not very large but largely sufficient for me alone and very well furnished with everything necessary. The staff was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there both for work and as a base for few days more time to visit Nagoya and even go for a day in Kyoto that is accessible in only half an hour thanks to the Shinkansen.

Love the location! There are so many shops, malls, and restaurants in the area. There's also a subway station near the hotel. 10/10!

The TV is not a smart TV, so you end up watching Japanese TV. But you are not there to watch TV right? Lol! I think that is the only con. But overall love the stay!

Check in and checkout was fast. Front desk were good and they let us store the luggage first. Free coffee and donuts is a plus! Location is good and about 5mins to sakae station. Room is clean.

Bed was a bit hard but still comfortable. Room is a bit smaller than the photo.

Room was fit for solo travel - though bathroom is a bit small (but usual for Japan hotels). Clean and had all the basic amenities. Location is very convenient (around shopping district) and just a few minutes walk to the station. Lawson just right downstairs! Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time 👍👍
