The room and bathroom is big and clean as compared to Motobu hotel I stayed in the same trip. Staff spoke English and informed the nearest konbini and supermarket during check in. Washing machine and dryer is inside the room and staff provided 3 packs of laundry detergent as we stay for 3 nights. There is a balcony too. Complimentary 2L water bottle was provided which is really great. We also went to nearby Manko Park for running. We will stay here again.

Hotel is walkable from monorail stations but is located uphill.

Room was clean and big, even for 2 people there’s plenty of space. Typical Japanese style bathroom was clean and just what I needed after a long day of traveling. The warm bath was so good. Toilet is a separate room than the bathroom, which was nice. Wanted to stay here again after traveling around Okinawa but it was all booked sadly. Around 10/12 min from the station. They provide a two piece as pj‘s I guess. Cute thought but the material was a little too thick for my liking. The kitchen was clean and had enough equipment for a hotel. Also since I was so done from traveling all day I didn’t want to go out again to buy water and when I looked inside the fridge there was a 2l bottle, which was for free! So amazing.

The hotel is slightly uphill and if you travel the by foot with a bit of luggage like me in that hot weather, you’ll be exhausted and done (but then you can take a hot bath and all will be fine lol). Wifi doesn’t really work, hope they fix it bc I‘d definitely stay here again.

We are thoroughly pleased with the service, facilities, and pricing at this hotel. It is highly recommended for travelers who are not used to local food and want to cook for themselves. The room we stayed in has a dryer, which is very convenient. There's a 24-hour supermarket just a short walk to the left when exiting the hotel. The hotel is also near a bus stop, though a bit farther from the tram stop. It’s not a big deal. We really enjoy this hotel and would definitely cone back

Everything was perfect and although located in a relatively outlying residential area, there is a nearby 24 hours supermarket on the main road and convenience stores close by to be able to cope with daily life. The room is very comfortable and clean, and there's coin-operated drink vending machine on the ground floor and electric scooters to rent for getting around the neighbourhood.

No many places to eat around the hotel. Wifi in the room is the biggest problem, the signal is too weak and unstable.

The room was spotless clean and spacious, equipped with a washer and dryer. Its situated in a quiet residential area and there are supermarkets nearby. Wifi was stable and I will definitely come back next time when I go to Okinawa.

The broken blanket cover and the pillow is a bit too small. These are minor issues for me

Room is big by Japanese standards. They let us use the washing machine and dryer in the condo room although we booked a standard hotel room. That is a big plus point. Parking is available onsite for a fee.

I didn't see any other parking areas nearby. So it would be good to be able to reserve the parking when booking the room in order to reduce uncertainty and stress about parking.

Hotel type room was spacy and clean. Condominum type rooms had a washer, dryer and cooking amenities. The bathrooms were clean and the self care amenities were great! Location wise this hotel is quite central and theres food nearby. Parking is 1000 yen a night.

I like the location of the hotel It was very convenient. Hatel's staff are very cooperative , the hotel is very nice and clean , and the facilities are very good.. I will book the same hotel whenever I visit Okinawa . I appreciate it . Thanks Creass hotel Tsubogava Marche.

We stayed for 10 nights, the hotel was fantastic. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if there was breakfast available. However there were some amazing restaurants within 150-300m and convenience stores nearby. Having the washing machine was wonderful. The staff also assisted in getting our wifi unit back when we dropped it in a taxi within a few hours.

Clean, good location, parking available, very spacious, nearby supermarket and convenience stores. We arrived a bit past the checkin closing time, but the nice man still helped us check in.
