This small hotel is equipped with elevator so we didn't have to climb the stairs. Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Room was clean and communication was good even though we had to translate Japanese to Eng. Some free toiletries provided at the lobby and bottled water for a small fee. The instructions were fairly sufficient for checking in using a door code instead of key card. Free shared washer/dryer to use as well. Great for the price and there is a grocery store just across the street.

No human staff for the first few days. Everything is electronic. Very small/tight space at the entrance when you're trying to get in your hotel room after opening the door. But the room space was ok for luggages. Expensive parking for hotel guests..

Very nice cozy hotel. The room was more spacious than I expected. They had all the necessary amenities. Nice view from the balcony. You can buy coffee capsules at the lobby. Self check-in was easy to do, even though we had to wait for a while for a group that was checking in before us.

The hair dryer wasn't very good, it took forever to dry my hair. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, so if you don't have a car, the location is not perfect.

Limited paid parking spots on site (pay upfront based on the number of nights you use the parking, we made a mistake and paid for an extra night though we had already returned our rental car. we managed to catch a staff to enquire but they couldn't refund us, something about the front desk/ system being closed when we asked around 8/9pm on our last night, which was slightly disappointing). Fair walking distance from the nearest Yui Rail station.

The room was nice, good size, and clean. Everything worked perfectly! The mattress was a good balance between firm and soft (more firm than soft, and personally we sleep better this way). Self check in and self check out was very easy too!

Maybe we could have a little broom when staying more than 4 nights?

Convenient to several bus routes and the nearest monorail station is only about 10min walk away. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Our triple room was reasonably spacious.

Refrigeration in the drinks vending machine located in the foyer was broken.

The hotel looks and feels very new. We were impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness. Super friendly staff. Area near the reception and at the café/bar also look quite nice. Simply everything was at a very good level. We stayed their only to spend the night before flying next morning from Naha airport so I cannot judge the convenience of the location except that it is close enough to the airport to get their by taxi.

It could be a small nice addition to have a couple of tea bags and a couple of coffee capsules, but this was super minor in comparison to all the other positive aspects of our stay.

There are no staff, so it makes you feel a bit uneasy. Make sure you have internet access and write down the door code!

the place is very cozy, cute and insta friendly! its perfect also for a staycation if you are a girl travelling alone. It was quiet and I had a great sleep. I would stay there again for sure. ps. there are supermarkets near by.

there is kind of a kitchenette, but no spoons plates or what so ever. there could be something ready for the guests, or a sign that dishes and soap can be borrowed. the staff was kind and lent me some stuff anyway, thank you!

Great hotel. Comfortable bed. Perfect place to be honest! We were able to get from the airport to the hotel very easily by bus.

The room is comfortable and we'll equipped with amenities. Washing machine and dryer is definitely a plus point. With parking slot also a bonus

The toilet basin is too small. But overall is good.
