Hospitality of the staffs is second to none. My husband and myself are prompt to choose dormy inn hotel over other hotel chain base on their hospitality and comfort. This trip, I was sick requesting for early check in. My request was met enabling me to sufficient rest before heading for the next destination. Dormy Inn never fail to surprise her guest with little welcome treats and even free popsicle and drinks after use of onsen. Again I must praise their free soba noodle for supper. It offers guest a comfortable treat for the cold night.

Very clean. Well maintained. Great Onsen. We had a cypress bath in the Japanese style room. Lots of treats (ice cream. Coffee. Supper ramen) to keep you happy.

Would be great if parking was included. But at 800 yen per day. It was still reasonable.

Ramen at night is good! Staff of machined parking spoke english better than reception. You should proud of that hard work staff.

Pillow is so low, less support for neck. Reception was not hospitality maybe his english ability is not fluent?

Great location in the middle of the city centre. Good for evening bars and restaurants etc. Typical good Dormy-style amenities. Bonus things like masseur/reflexologist on site.

Furnishings seem a little tired compared to other Dormy Inns. Excellent cleanliness though.

The onsen, the ice cream provided, manga/book reading selection, and a great location.

The temperature of the room was difficult to adjust (a little hotter than preferred).

Extremely helpful staff helped me interpret a route ( hard to get to both out a car) to Tokachi Millennium Forest .. the goal of my trip to Obihiro The hot spring bath was great too!

We were only able to book a smoking room and the smell was not very pleasant but if book earlier getting a non smoking room would be nice

It is close to restaurants and convenient shop. The place is clean and comfortable. Breakfast provides local food in good quality.
