The location is great. It's right opposite the train station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The on-site car park was small and constantly full, so we had to park in the train station car park. It wasn't far but it's not convenient while we had a few suitcases and a 2-year old to take care of. Another thing was the size of the room. I know I shouldn't complain as generally Japanese hotels are ridiculously small.

I thought the room was comfortable the people working there considerate. I would like you all to know that I found the spa card for women in my back pack in a corner when I returned home. I am sorry that I did not find it earlier. At any rate no one who should not will be able to use the pass card.

Maybe there could be instructions on how to open the windows in each of the hotel rooms as it was difficult to figure out how to do this.

Spacious, clean and modern room. Besides the usual there's also free face mask & bath salt provided at the reception. Coin operated washers cum dryer (can pay using Kitaca card too) provided on 3rd & 11 floor which you can monitor real time the availability or if your laundry is done..

The location was excellent and convenient for restaurants. We enjoyed the quality of the breakfast.

Parking was not located at the hotel due to the size of our vehicle. The room had no storage for clothes except a small hanging space and the bathroom was not well ventilated.

I liked everything

The location of the hotel is excellent, just beside the JR station, a few meters away from the popular butadon shop. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide spread of choices. The parking system is automatic, no need to drive in to park.

There is a fee for parking.

-Clean and comfortable hotel in the city center with all of the amenities. -Good location within walking distance to a lot of places.

-Parking garage was a bit difficult to find. It was around the side of the hotel and was a lift type. 600 yen/night is the fee.

- Good location, super close to the train station and down town (foods and shops), everything is walkable distance. - Nice staff, arranging the nice parking spot for you - I booked a sightly big room so its coner room which is quite enough

- Toilet / Shower is a bit old style, but clean.

The breakfast is awesome! You are able to taste a great variety of local delicacies The room is clean and nice view of the station. They show great care and love not only to the adults and also the little one!

Everything. The location, the room, the amenities, laundry room and a pantry to warm up your take away food on the 8th floor is really nice to provide this essential hotel complimentary.
