This is my 3rd visit. The concierge lady is always there to receive guests when driving to the porch to offload luggage, they are so kind to help with getting the luggage on the trolley. There are complimentary drinks in fridge with perfect view of tokachi river from my bedroom. The half board option is a must if you only have 1 day there. Food and service were simply too notched with free alcoholic drinks included. My favourite is the private onsen in my room was simply why I chose this hotel. The room is so spacious and comfortable, just seeping a cup of nice tea looking at the marvellous tokachi mountain range.

Perhaps the checkout could be 11am and breakfast could end at 10am. It was such a rush to get up to catch the last breakfast service by 9am.

Everything you need is provided for, you can effectively check in with no luggage, there is 2 sets of.jap clothings you can use, even attending dinner or breakfast. Thr beds are comfy. The private onsen in my room was the highlight of my stay., not to forget the quality of .dinner was excellent with free servings of any drinks. The service staff was.very attentive and act promptly to the diners, making our dinig experience very pleasant. Parking lots are plenty as it is a pte.carpark space. Also.found there was a.bus stoo in front of thr hotel foe those who doesn't drive.

The elevator is so tiny and the key room is bulky there was air con in the room with remote but it was a still bit hot inside the room during autumn night, we had to open the.windows a while to cool the room .I did wake up in the night feeling warm.

You could consider placing a sign in the rest area outside the hot spring, stating that only the paper cups provided in the area may be used. My family member was using the private bath in our room and brought a personal reusable cup to the rest area, intending to take a little drink back to the room. A staff member suddenly and loudly scolded us, which was very frightening. Being spoken to so harshly in a language we didn’t understand made the experience feel quite intimidating.

Right from the start it’s 10/10. Spotlessly clean. Attentive service. Fantastic food. Beautiful and tastefully decorated room and building. Private onsen is excellent, I don’t usually like buffets because even great hotels don’t do them well but this place somehow just got it right. I cannot fault this place in anyway. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it value for money? Also yes. If I ever come back to Tokachi, this would be the place I would pick again. Compared to the hotel we just came from at noboribetsu, totally chalk and cheese.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties of delicious food and staff at the restaurants were very friendly. We stayed for 3 days and they introduced a new dish for dinner on each day. The open-air onsen was wonderful. For the daily use of onsen and 2 meals a day, I think it’s value for money.

I booked the Japanese-styled twin room with river view. It was close to what was depicted in the photos on the website, the view was great. It looked a bit older than expected though. The wifi was slow on some days.

it was so comfortable and spacious. we have an indoor onsen inside the room, also outdoor unseen at the facility was outstanding. Fortunately we spot cranes at the lawn in front of the hotel. Dinner buffet was excellent with free flow liquor, beef sukiyaki , steam rice. They have one table tennis table which my sons enjoy.

This was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Hokkaido. The room was warmly decorated and well-equipped, offering a cozy stay. Especially the onsen ,it’s unbearable! The surroundings were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and professional . I hope to visit again!

Both dinner n breakfast buffet are excellent. Very friendly n helpful staff always with smile. Far better than the onsen hotel I visited in Lake Akan which cost double higher price.

Pillow too hard. Better to have a choice of soft pillows.

The staff is very nice and kind. Some of them may not speak English well but they tried to communicate and assist. Very good Onsen especially the open-air with a great view. The bakery for breakfast was so good.

Quite small room and early check out time.

Staff is helpful and polite and tried their best to communicate with us in our language. The Spa is clean. The restaurant is clean and food is delicious.

I guess more power point for us to charge our gadgets.
