I thought the room was comfortable the people working there considerate. I would like you all to know that I found the spa card for women in my back pack in a corner when I returned home. I am sorry that I did not find it earlier. At any rate no one who should not will be able to use the pass card.

Maybe there could be instructions on how to open the windows in each of the hotel rooms as it was difficult to figure out how to do this.

The location was excellent and convenient for restaurants. We enjoyed the quality of the breakfast.

Parking was not located at the hotel due to the size of our vehicle. The room had no storage for clothes except a small hanging space and the bathroom was not well ventilated.

- Good location, super close to the train station and down town (foods and shops), everything is walkable distance. - Nice staff, arranging the nice parking spot for you - I booked a sightly big room so its coner room which is quite enough

- Toilet / Shower is a bit old style, but clean.

-Clean and comfortable hotel in the city center with all of the amenities. -Good location within walking distance to a lot of places.

-Parking garage was a bit difficult to find. It was around the side of the hotel and was a lift type. 600 yen/night is the fee.

Everything. The location, the room, the amenities, laundry room and a pantry to warm up your take away food on the 8th floor is really nice to provide this essential hotel complimentary.

Very clean hotel just in front of Obihiro station, very convenient.

The bed is little bit small for 2 adults and 1 small kid sharing the room! and it was too hot in the building and in the room.

Staff were very helpful during check-in. Rooms were pretty standard. Breakfast spread was beyond my expectation despite the scale. We wish we could have extended our stay to explore more in Obihiro.

Check-in administration could be better despite providing all passport information & request prior to arrival.

The room is bigger than I expected. Clean and comfortable beds and pillows are prepared. Hotel provide facial & body products in good quality, which is also free to take at the lobby. They all smells good and delightful. As we travelled in a group of 9 family members, we reserved both double room & twin room. I recommend the twin room for two Adults while the space for opening two luggages are more sufficient.

The rooms are spacious with good layout, beds are comfortable and the reception staff can speak good English. One tiny detail of the bathroom which I like is the presence of more hooks to hang clothes compared to other hotels. Many restaurants nearby too.

Polite staff. The room was a bit more spacious than the average japanese business hotel. Breakfast is really good and varied for its price.

The aircondition didn't have information in english. It didn't seem to do much. It was very hot in the room.
