Amazing hotel. Room is spatious, with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Kitchenware and silverware are available upon request. Hotel is right next to a mall, a 24h supermarket, and a convenience store. We love the breakfast, and the buffet menu is different each day. The parking lot is large and no reservation is needed. Hotel staff members are also very friendly.

The bathtub design is a bit problematic--water accumulates around the tub whenever you shower. Can be slippery when stepping in and out of the tub. But the water dries up overnight, so as long as you're careful, this is not a deal breaker.

The grounds were beautiful, the amenities were good, the staff was terrific and helpful, the hotel was clean and well kept.

Could have a 24 hr cafe bar , Japan nightlife goes until 4am and with hotel services closing at the expected time, a little amedity goes a long way. Could also use a bar but thats just my opinion.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Luckily, we were upgraded to a bigger room, which is quite spacious and there is a beautiful view of the sea. Although you may need a car to reach Ginowan, there are several nice restaurants near the hotel within walking distances and there is also a shopping mall nearby. In general, my wife and I really had an enjoyable vacation there.

It is a bit pricey, but there is not much to complain about when considering the quality.

Nice view from the windows, especially from the two-bedroom suite. Free parking was convenient. There was a walking distance shopping mall (including supermarket) with everything we need. The food from the hotel restaurant was fine and convenient.

Most of Japanese hotels I've ever been always provided personal care products (e.g. face & body lotion, bath salt, hairband etc). This hotel only has the very basic things, shampoo/body wash.

Clean, nice view, provide self serve laundry wash & dry. Great spaces of Warm spa pool and outdoor swimming pool. Friendly staffs. Only a bit pricey on value for money.

The location had a mall nearby and a nice restaurant across the street but area was very industrial.

Great room/studio with 2 beds with a balcony and a scenery look on the hotel's garden, bathroom with a scenery look on the hotel's garden which made my feel like being outside all the time. the room was spacious and I felt like living in a house. The breakfast was great with many healthy food options and the staff was extremely polite.

As usual in Japan, there is no trash bins in the room.

I loved my stay here. Facility was very clean, breakfast was great and staff members were phenomenal!

Wifi could be faster.

Great location near shopping, a nice swimming beach, laundromat, grocery store and a harbor. Nice views of the ocean.

Perfect central location with easy access to the whole island

A bigger pool and longer restaurant hours or a cafe would have been better
