The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. All rooms have a sea view and a balcony. The design is appealing. The amenities in the wellness area: 4 saunas, indoor pool. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located outside the center of Naha (approximately 8 km). The hotel is located directly on a busy main road, which creates a lively environment but may also result in higher noise levels. There is no direct public transportation connection. You pretty much always need a taxi if you want to go further away. The food at the extensive buffet (whether breakfast or dinner) is average; there is enough variety, but it’s nothing special. The noise level at the breakfast buffet is sometimes hardly bearable. The area around the outdoor pool is not sufficient for a hotel of this size (about 350 rooms). There are too many guests at once, mostly families with small children. The fitness room is far too small, and there are no dumbbells available. There is no bar in the hotel!

My only issue with this stay would be the fact that the laundry room only had 3 washing machines for a hotel with over 300 rooms. I went down to the laundry room 6 times before I could finally find a washing machine that wasn’t already in use. This ended up being very time consuming and annoying going up and down the elevators with a bag full of clothes over and over

Excellent rooms very spacious with large twin beds. Good shower room with bath also. Views from balcony was beautiful (road near but that did not bother us) and we could relax there late evening when it went a bit cooler. Staff very helpful at all times of asking. Always very polite and always greeting you. If you want to go around to see the island you need to have a car. We hired one from the hotel which was ideal for us. The beach takes a while to walk to in the hot weather so we only went once although very nice. The pool and Spa etc were great. There are shuttle buses too and from the airport which call at this hotel.

Just a small niggle but we found the pillows too hard and big. For a charge you can order a softer type but we didn’t as we didn’t think we should have to pay extra.

Bell staff very alert and prompt to attend upon our arrival at the door, always greet guest and looks welcoming. Staff stationed at the new year drink that serve awamori, friendly and explain about awamori drink for new year. Sliding door is spoilt upon check in, they offer to change our room but we decide to stay in the same room as lazy to pack, unpack luggage. Temperature(aircon and heating) is easy to control and accurate. Balcony is big and good size for lounging around and chill Rental bicycle parking just outside lobby, which is very convenient to cycle around for fun. Beach is as shown in picture with red arrow. Looks near but walking takes some effort

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to Naha airport and because of the sea view. It did not disappoint! The room was very spacious and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. I loved all the details like the fine bone china mugs and the balcony with sea views. The sound proofing was excellent which makes a huge difference to the overall relaxation. The pool was also amazing, especially at sunset. Breakfast was excellent!

If you don’t have a car it’s a bit inconvenient to get around but I knew that before and managed well with taxis and local busses.

However it’s a pity people with tattoos can’t use both swimming pools and sauna facilities no matter how small your tattoo is. that’s definitely is a downside

Many facilities in the hotel, which are open for a long time, warm water pools where you can splash around with the kids even in cool weather, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful service. There is an amusement center near the hotel, where you can play bowling, etc.

The hotel is great, but just to let you know, Tropical Beach, located near the hotel, is open from April 24th to October 30th. We were at the hotel in mid-April, but we weren't allowed to go into the sea, even though the weather and water were warm.

I absolutely loved the lounge bars! The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was just as amazing. I really appreciated how, even though everything was unlimited, they never compromised on quality. The infinity pool was stunning in the evening, and sipping cocktails outside made it feel even more heavenly. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations—it was so good that I couldn’t resist indulging, even if it meant breaking my calorie goals for the day! A big shoutout to the concierge team as well! They were incredibly helpful and made my (somewhat unplanned) trip around Okinawa so much more enjoyable. They were super attentive, always understanding what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. I truly appreciated their warm and thoughtful hosting—it made my stay extra special!

I was a little disappointed with the room cleaning service. While the room was overall nicely cleaned, I did notice a few things that could be improved. The hair dryer was dusty, and when I turned it on, the dust blew into my face, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, the towels seemed to have a bit of dust on them, which made me sneeze. Another thing I noticed was that items not in (or near) the trash can sometimes got removed. For example, the travel-sized shampoo I was still using was thrown away. I also couldn’t find my shoe dust bag after the cleaning, and sadly, I had to check out before I could locate it. Additionally, the sound of airplanes could be heard even past 10pm, which made it a bit noisy at night.

I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The room was spacious and comfy - with all the things you might need. The bathroom was incredible, so large, new and fancy. The hotel itself is fantastic. You can use the pools and the sauna rooms for free - we also had breakfast included in our reservation and I really enjoyed the food! For lunch and dinner there are several places not far from the hotel, with great food and not too expensive. The service was fantastic, everyone was so attentive and ready to help! My husband and I spent here a few days of our honeymoon and we I loved it, we really had an amazing experience.

It was a very comfortable hotel with a spacious room and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food also deserves a very good rating: both breakfast and dinner (you can buy them additionally). There are also restaurants and a shopping center near the hotel. Access is easy by city bus and taxi. There is also a bus stop to the airport at the hotel.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy. It was quite difficult to get to the city or the port early in the morning (you had to take a taxi).
