The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right above the Osaka Kyobashi station it has links to the whole of Osaka which makes it perfect for day trips and people who like to explore. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant has a good enough variety for someone who does not eat fish, and each dish is labelled with its english translation and allergens (Pay attention to the little images) and each item tastes very good and fresh. The room was very nice for the price, good washing and toilet facilities (Soaps & shampoos are provided and there's a heated mirror too!), the pillows were either too hard or too soft but there are spares located near the door.

I stayed in this hotel on two occasions in two different rooms, both had only one-ply toilet paper available. I understand that the bidet works miracles, but it is not a great experience to be drying off with the equivalent of tissue paper. otherwise it was a great experience.

Excellent location for travelling to Kyoto and downtown Osaka as well as food, drinks and shopping. I’ve stayed at the hotel few times in the past and this time I stayed in a single room which was spacious, well appointed and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Self-Check in / out was also straight forward. I didn’t opt for breakfast option this time but there are many cafes where you can have a light breakfast near the hotel, however some may not open till 10am. If you want a proper breakfast earlier than 10am, it’d be better to book this hotel with breakfast option as the hotel offers good buffet breakfast from 7am.

This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at so far. 🫶🏼 Very secure, breakfast was good. It’s RIGHT next to a train station AND inside a shopping complex this place is a dream location. Access to food, access to shops, access to public transport and even a nice little free coffee machine in the room. Superior rooms are 🙌🏼 we had a great time. Nothing disliked about it at all! They had two kinds of pillow so you can choose what’s better for you. It is a tad expensive but worth it 🫶🏼 price is TOTALLY justifiable for all that you get at this location. Absolute dream. Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Location - just off the Keihan line or JR and walk across to take an elevator to the hotel and extremely convenient. Easy to get to Kyoto or downtown Osaka. Also easily walking distance to Osaka castle, easy access for shopping and restaurants etc. My single room is spacious enough, clean and the bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good too.

There’s no issue with the hotel. As I stayed for almost two weeks buffet breakfast can lack variety but this is just my personal opinion, but for travelers who stay for a few days it provides good selection of breakfast. It’d be great if they can offer more selection of fresh fruit but I also understood the hotel try to minimize food waste.

The location is good. It's close to a central railway station. It's also close to lots of restaurants and bars, which was great. The bedroom was alright - comfortable.

But the TV was a problem. It's positioned to the right of the bed. All the channels are in Japanese and there were no options like Netflix or YouTube. This should not be a problem but my partner was sick and stuck in the room and got very bored.

Location was amazing. Easy and immediate access to the metro station, also a mall with plenty of food for a convenient meal and shopping options. Room and facilities were clean and staff was helpful. easy check-in / check-out

The only complaint was, I had gotten a room with 2 twin beds and there simply wasn't enough space to fully open our suitcases. If sharing a room I would make sure its big enough or consider separate rooms.

Another great place to stay. Excellent staff and facilities - breakfast options not as good as Kyoto though. Lift access was a bit average sharing with mall but close to train, food, restaurants, shops, and the best cake shop right downstairs. Big spacious rooms and excellent bathroom facilities.

Not much to dislike except the shared lift but that was only an issue when you're busting for the loo 😆

I really like the location because I had business at Tsurumi Ryokuchi in the morning (parkrun :). This is the only hotel that has a direct line to that place. Also, it is literally in the station, although not the Nagahori subway where you have to walk 7 minutes to the platform. But JR and Keihan are literally in front of the hotel. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Hotel is fairly clean and the staff really try clean it (observed them doing their job and they are not just passing by pretending to clean).

You can hear the trains from the window. Although I guess that is the trade off of booking a hotel inside the station.

It’s location is superb on top of a department store and the ground floor of the building is connected to train station, JR ticketing office, convenient stores and a walking distance to Osaka Castle. Not to mention of the many restaurants around the area. Also the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. There’s a timed laundry machine including detergent a room in the lobby which has security code to the machine so you can leave it running without worries.

You can hear the train noise but it didn’t bother me actually

It’s location is perfect. It’s on top of a department store from 7th floor. The ground floor of the building is connected to train stations and JR Office ticketing office. The elevator will take you to the restaurants. It’s walking distance to Osaka castle. The surrounding streets are lined with many restaurants, just pick the type of Japanese food to eat. It’s a shopping mall building.

You can hear the train in your room but it didn’t bother me. It tells you are in another country which is Japan.
