The hotel is a chain hotel, so it was very good. I'm super bummed that I didn't get into the hot spring because I didn't had the time. It was very clean. Every room of the 5 that we booked had a view. It is very close to Osaka Castle. They where very helpful to receive and send our luggage from and to the next location. Direct entrance to combini.

-It is a walk to get to the nearest subway line. -There's almost no early or late closing restaurants nearby. -It has a lot of occupancy which meant a bit noisy. -I think but I'm not sure, we actually paid more than what we expect from the booking site, I'm still figuring this out.

The spa is really good! After one day trip to other places, we really need to have a good bath and this is the best place. The offer a cup of beer in the afternoon if you go to spa early. Drinks are also free and you also have small snacks. They clean the room everyday and offer each one a bottle of water for free as well.

The location is between the metro and JR line. We need to walk for at least 6 (I walk quite fast) to 10 ( at my mom’s pace) mins to go to the station. If there is strong wind, we need to walk quicker because it is super windy on the road.

The room was great and the location was super convenient.

I had contacted booking and asked if they could accommodate me and my husband a couple, and our 2 adult kids. I was expecting a room with a double bed and then make sure that the second room had 2 separate bed. They said they could do that. When I got to the hotel, they had two rooms both with a double bed. I ended up paying $45 for them to change one of the rooms to two single beds. It just made it a bit of a hassle. They were extremely nice and patient and gave me a deal on the room with the two single beds.

Great location, literally a 6 min walk to Kyobashi station and all undercover if you take the West Exit. There were also elevators at the station which I know can be difficult to find in some stations in Japan, so if you're coming to and from the airport, it makes it so much easier. We were also able to take one train to the airport at Kyobashi station on the Osaka Loop Line, which was great. The rooms were spacious for 3 people and clean, however pillows were very hard and the water pressure from their signature shower head was not great. Rooms are also cleaned every 3 days, but changing of bins and towels were daily. The amenities were good, toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton tips, family size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry line above the bath, free skincare sachets at the front desk in the lobby and pyjamas in the room. We had a little incident with wanting to use the Trinite Spa, the price quoted at check in had increased halfway through our stay and we were not made aware of this at the time of check in. They refused to honour the original price, however later did, my only feedback would be to please make guests aware these changes at check in, it'll make for a more seamless experience. A big thankyou to the staff member that helped me resolve this. Overall a good stay.

Pillows and water pressure of shower

The room was very comfortable . Walking distance from the station. Very helpful in guiding us how to get to the hotel from the airport. Luggage storage provided for free. The onsen was amazing and free! People with tattoos unfortunately you cannot enter. There is convenient store at the basement. They even have a church on one of the floors. Not a chapel but a church . Haven’t seen that anywhere but guessing it’s more of a wedding venue rather than a place of worship :)

The hotel is very beautiful and well kept. The design is a little bit retro, maybe some might think it old fashion, but I thought it was very nice. The rooms are more modern looking than the rest of the hotel. We had a room on the 22nd floor and had a nice view of the city. There is a large spa and public bath that costs a little extra; also there is a FamilyMart located right outside of the hotel. I thought the price was very good for a room at a hotel such as this.

The hotel is located in a less touristy area, so if you want nightlife or shopping you will need to take a train. I actually think it's not too bad, but it is something to consider if you are wanting quick and easy access to that sort of entertainment. I was disappointed that the spa and open bath were not included in the price.

Excellent value hotel in a location convenient to two subway transport stations within a 8 minute walk and access to the rest of Osaka. On site family mart was also an incredible convenience. The nearby business park was home to a variety of eating establishments, as was the nearby mall and strip of shops near the subways. The staff was excellent in trying to be helpful wherever possible.

The hotel has a direct bridge that connects it to Kyobashi station, which is super convenient. Has a Family Mall that's open 24x7 in the building too, which is great! The property and rooms have a very classic American design. Felt super luxurious for the price I paid. Room service and facilities are spectacular. Even the "non-view" rooms on the higher floors have a great city view. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Osaka!

Staff were accomodating for our request for softer pillows and helping us arrange a taxi to the airport. 24 hour convenience store on the first floor makes up for the lack of vending. Great city views. On the 22nd floor, we were far above the city noise and could sleep with the window open a bit, which was nice.

The bathroom door opened the "wrong way" for me.... but I'm weird. The bathroom consistantly had a slight sewage smell to it - faint, but we have sensitive noses.

Stayed with friends here 2 different times, once with 3, the other just 2. Pretty nice restroom, beds are ok, TV is decent. Location for most activities for us was nearby so value was good.

Small, for 3 people and 3 beds, felt like not enough spaces at time with our items also in the room. Pillows were a bit too hard/firm for my liking.
