Location was 5 mins walk from train station.. 7/11 only a few mins walk away.. every very thing was close.. we walked to most areas from here as very central. Plenty of room .. 4 beds and storage space. Balcony and a view.. and smoking area right out front . would stay here again

No internet wifi for a few days as it was down .. shower was only a head you had to hold to shower in the tub. And reception was often not manned and I found most staff to be very unhelpful compared to the 3 other accommodation we used in Japan

Good location, near to metro station and felt very safe to walk around. The price is also cheap compare to other hotel. There are stores around the hotel that you can visit if you are hungry. There are a few options of halal restaurants as well which are very good!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a very affordable option in Osaka with a good location. The property is more like serviced studio apartments than a traditional hotel. The rooms come with a small kitchen area if you want to do any cooking. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The front desk staff were friendly. Photos on here are accurate of the rooms. While not many bathroom amenities are provided in the room, you can buy anything you need from the front desk and it is all very cheap. Laundry available. I would stay here again.

The property is a bit dated. Don’t expect anything above and beyond. Room cleaning (including towel change) is only once weekly. You are responsible for taking out your own trash even upon checkout. Your front door opens to the outside, so it can get a bit chilly in the entryway and bathroom compared to the main room. Nothing deal-breaking, but you are staying here for the price and the location.

Staff: check in / out was very straight forward. As this was a self service hotel, did not really interact with the staff, but did see them when going in/out. Room: very spacious for Japan standards. The single room felt more like a small studio, even had a balcony! The interior is outdated, but everything (tv, air con, bed, kitchenette, bathroom) worked fine. The pics shown on booking reflect what is actual. Location: 5 min walk from Daikokucho Station (1 stop south of Namba), 2 extremely large supermarkets a block away. Nestled in a quiet / residential street. This is a self service place, meaning you'll need to throw your own trash away (by the front entrance), will need to pay extra for towel change and extra shampoo and do a quick clean up before checking out. All in all, its not bad for the price. Great for budget travelers that are out all day.

Stayed back in April 2025, just got time to review. With the price, definitely worth it, the room is spacious i can open two (2) cabin luggage and one (1) medium size luggage all at one time and theres still more space to walk around and sit. Its a bit old fashion style, but the room serves its purpose for resting, recharge yourself after a long walking day in Japan. Washroom was quite small, but for us Asian size its still ok. Nearby 7E and Family Mart, near Daikokucho station and a good walk to Imamiya JR station. A bit quite to walk at night, but generally safe as many locals are walking around too. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kansai.

Washroom have no space to put personal toiletries. Room was old fashion but for resting the "style" is not really a deal breaker.

Very good location in the center of Osaka, close to the subway and to a lot of convenience stores, but still in a quieter area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English and Chinese. It was possible to store the baggage both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel had a lift and felt more like an apartment complex, which was nice for a longer-term stay. There were washing mashines available and you could get laundry detergent from the reception for 30¥. The room was bigger than expected (including a balcony) and had everything you needed, including an electric cooking plate, a kettle, and various dishes and cutlery. The bathroom was fully equipped with a hairdryer, 2 towels, a floor mat, a modern toilet, and a bathtub. It was very clean and was well isolated so there weren't any noise disturbances. Would definitely book this again if I were to stay in Osaka. Especially for longer term stays!

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side and the sink tended to get wet as well when you took a shower so you had to be careful what you put there. Nothing else stood out to me.

The location is perfect. There are two supermarkets downstairs just around the corner. Simple meals can be prepared since the kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction cooker and a kettle. And rice cooker is available from the reception. There is a balcony which surprised me. Staff in the reception is friendly and helpful.

Room service is not available every day. Garbage needs to be sorted, packed up, and thrown away by ourselves to the collection site downstairs. But it is acceptable from my side. BTW, it was a little bit creepy that the TV would be turned on automatically at 7 am every day. I think it could be a setting but don't know how to cancel it. In generally, this accommodation is perfect and beyond my expectation. I strongly recommend it.

The staff who assisted us spoke English, so we didn't have any trouble during check in. The room was spacious and properly stocked with everything we needed, including a microwave, a vacuum, an electric kettle, a sponge and some soap for washing dishes. They had plenty of hangers and enough closet space for all our things. There is a convenience store nearby, and several good restaurants (ex. Domino's, Sukiya, Yayoi) you could easily walk to.

There is no parking space available in the building, but there are two coin-operated parking slots nearby. The one right across the building is cheaper (Y900/day), but has fewer slots than the one a few meters away.

Room is big enough for our family. Location is great. Will book again when we come back Osaka.

Adhere to Japanese "having enough" mentality represents this hotel. You have everything you need in the minimum possible space for a short stay. The indication of doing everything is so clear that you don't need to ask. Just follow the rules and you are set up. The location is absolutely nice. Close to Metro, railway station and shops and at the same time, safe, calm and not crowded.

The cleanliness can be improved, but nothing critical. Maybe a small microwave in the room could make some differences in order to warm up food without using pan and washing them.
