This place exceeded expectations: definitely one of my best stays in Japan. The bed was super comfy, and having a washing machine made travel so much easier. The TV includes English Netflix, which is a rare bonus. Despite some reviews, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials: utensils, plates, and cutlery. Customer service was great—I requested extra toilet paper through Booking.com (turns out more was downstairs), and they were quick and helpful. The apartment is spacious, with storage for clothes and luggage. It’s in a prime spot near convenience stores, a train line, and Luup scooters/bikes. It’s either a 25-minute walk or quick train ride into town—or just 10 minutes by bike. Bonus: umbrellas downstairs in case it rains. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Osaka. Ps apologies everyone for photos and terribly made bed. I took these on my check out.

The space is freat. The location is close to the metro and just a stop to namba and dontonburi area. There is a 7 eleven right around the corner as well as a family mart and lawsons at rhe intersection of the metro entrance. This place was great. We especially love having a washing machine/dryer where we stay.

The beds are a bit firm, which is fine if you like a firm bed. Its definately not a deal breaker but the pillows in Jaoan seem to always flatten to almost nothing as you lie on them so that makes it a little uncomfortable. Again, not a deal breaker but something to note.

The unit could use more dishes and utensils for dining in and a sharper knife would be nice. This apartment is in a residential neighborhood so not much action happening here. So, it depends on your preferences.

Very pleasant stay while visiting Osaka. Comfortable, spacious apartment with modern appliances. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Very close to Daikokucho Metro station which facilitates easy access to all major tourist attractions in Osaka. Several shops (e.g. 7-11, Lawson) within short walking distance as well as some restaurants. Staff were able to assist with extra pillows when requested. The small balcony was a pleasant surprise.

Perhaps could have used a bit more in the way of crockery - for example there were only two cups (and no glasses). We did not really cook (more just heating up food) but I think people who are planning on cooking will find things a bit lacking. There was unfortunately construction happening on a nearby building (obviously not the fault of this property) which resulted in quite a lot of noise.

Great, spacious place which offers everything you need. Kitchen, tableware, great bathroom and washing machine. Soap / shampoo, razers, combs and so on are supplied. Furniture and appliances are rather new. The place is close to the subway. You can get everywhere with max. one transfer. Would stay there again.

It could be a bit more sound proofed. If you're really sensitive to sounds (cars, neighbour's steps) like I am, I would recommend earplugs. My girlfriend slept great without, though.

Great location - 20mins walk to Namba and less than 5min walk to Daikukocho subway station which is only 1 stop from Namba and 2 stops from Shinshaibashi. We travelled with a 4yr old and baby and found the option of walking or quick train ride to the hotspots to be very convenient! There’s also a 7eleven round the corner and a supermarket 5mins walk away which was great for get tin food first breakfast and snacks etc - it’s huge and it’s called ‘Life’ in English (turn left as you walk out of the apartments and then left at the junction then it’s about 5mins walk - bear in mind there are two supermarkets - one is much busier and has two floors) Facilities - I love the wet room which you can use for drying clothes as well as shower/bath. The washing machine was also great especially with a family and lots of clothes to wash! There is a lift in the building which made it easy with a pushchair and the family rooms all come with high chair and play mat which meant we could leave baby to crawl around etc without worries! Staff - overall, staff were great and prompt at responding to all queries including requests to help with taxis and for cleaning the apartment. There were some mixed messages however I.e someone would say they can’t help with taxi but then 5mins later, they would say they can. The apartment isn’t manned but it felt like they could send someone to help easily if really needed Check in - process was very easy and they were very patient with us as my card had been declined and they didn’t cancel our booking at all and were very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated this!

It would have been great if someone was able to communicate to us in English at all times - sometimes the messages through booking.com were in Japanese so we couldn’t easily respond

The serviced apartment hotel is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood south of the bustling city centre of Osaka. We were a few minutes walk from the Daikokucho Station on the Midosuji Metro Line, putting us within 10 minutes of Namba and Dotonbori. There are plenty of convenience stores as you would expect, and a supermarket just to the north. The apart itself is very spacious, with hobs, microwave, fridge, TV, washer-dryer and a comfortable bed. The shower room was clean and new.

We loved the fact that you could do your laundry each day and do some basic cooking was a BIG bonus. The advance features of the bathroom and toilet was a really novelty for the kids as they loved how there was a button for everything.

We stayed 7 days. We would have thought that at least once out of our stay there would have been a clean up ... there was no one that came to change sheets or anything. Once we go use to the fact that we were not getting any cleaning services and we had to do everything like our own home we were fine with it.

The apartment is very new, equiped with all facilities. Beds are comfort with good blankets. TV is good connected to WIfi for Youtube.

Balcony floor, cloth hanger and kitchen lights are with dust. The rest all clean and nice. The sliding door sound proof is not that great. I was wake up by downstairs noise and crow.

Great location, quiet and central. Clean and comfortable with extra amenities such as robes, washing/drying machine and dishwasher.

I liked everything and would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be wine glasses and seasoning. They aren't things a traveller takes with them.
