- Room is spacious. - Though no laundry dryer, the hotel provides laundry poles and hangers. The balcony is even installed with laundry poles holders. - Hotel provides dish washing detergent and laundry detergent. - Toilet is clean. - USB charging ports are available next to the bed. - It is near many convenience stores and some super markets. - It it quite central to most of the main attractions.

- I will feel safer if the inner door to the living space can be locked. - Would be good if there are bedside lights given the only switches for the room lights are next to the door.

Clean and spacious. I had 2 large luggages and was able to open both of them at the same time and have comfortable walking space. the drying function of the bathroom is awesome (use the warm air dry function) and a day's clothes for my family of 4 took 5 hours to dry. Although it was stated that they clean once every 3 days, when I checked in, they emailed me and stated their cleaning days which turned out to be once every alternate days. I was worried about the self check in as I was checking in in the middle of the night with cranky kids but it was smooth and easy. Message them nearer the date and they will give u a link to update your guests particulars so that check in will be faster

The location is great. The self-check-in/ check-out is convenient. The room is the same as the website shows. There are eateries around the apartment. Lastly, the balcony is big enough to dry our clothes.

The big projector in the room. take up a lot of space, we prefer a normal TV with a console to place our things. If the room has a long-length mirror will be perfect.

Simple but well equipped and clean. Has everything we needed for a 8 night stay - washing machine, kettle, kitchenette, fridge. 5 mins walk to Daikokucho station and Imamiya stations so has both metro and JR lines. Everything is digitised using number pads - checking in and out, door locks etc. Helps alot when there is language barrier.

Cleanliness, I love the multiple drying and heating functions of the bathroom. All amenities like detergent, toothbrush, razor, towels etc were provided as well. Comfortable size and there’s humidifier (very important, the air is quite dry some of us had a nosebleed). The aircon has a heating function as well which I appreciated as I had a cold for a few days. Note that other than drying the clothes at the balcony, the bathroom can only handle ~8 clothes at once so it’s best to split your laundry if needed. It takes around 4h for clothes to dry completely, you can just set a timer. Staff is not there 24/7 but no problem, you can see them in the day. They helped me to call a taxi to our station too, which I am thankful for.

Only complaint is that the pillows are very hard. If you can’t take it, please bring your own pillows. The blanket doesn’t seem to warm well, so I put a heat pack for myself.

Triple room - but only has two set is plates/bowls. Cleaner cleaned the room and throw away our slippers and sponge (for washing dishes) but never refill. Can’t find the staff to collect myself cos the place does not have a staff at the check in lobby. Washing machine doesn’t have dryer. So need to hang in the shower area to dry. But doesn’t have enough hangers and poll to hang the washed cloths. Will be great if they have more hangers provided.

You are unable to check in until 3pm on the day of your arrival with no facility for early check in, so make sure to only arrive at or after 3pm front doors are supposed to only open if you enter the entry code, but people moving around in the lobby by the doors triggers the doors to open, so it’s not as secure as it could be English name for the hotel doesn’t show up on Google Maps, so finding it is a problem.

Convenient to get around to explore Osaka as the hotel is located just one stop away from Namba station. Short walk away from Daikokucho station with a Lawson near the station. Beds are comfortable and the room was a workable size for 5 pax. Staff was super responsive to messages sent to them. At most times, the reception was unmanned but we were able to bring our luggage to the hotel before check in time and use the many locks provided to secure our luggage.

The hotel was quite modern (in the sense that we barely see a staff during our stay there). I completed the check-in process with my phone a few days in advance and got a QR code. I scanned it at the reception area and got the code to enter my room. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had got all the utensils that we needed. The location was also worth the price since it was at Daikokucho station (only one station away from Namba - the most bustling area in Osaka). There were at least two 7-eleven stores and one Lawson convenient stores near the hotel.

It didn't have a heating system so it always took a while for the air-conditioner to warm up the whole room. Nevertheless, the bathroom area (which was closer to the entrance door) was still cold most of the time. And room service was available only once during our 3-night stay.

this place is more like a servicing apartment . there a kitchen area for making yr own breakfast. there a washing machine that is the Main reason i booked this hotel. and the space is big enough to move around compare to normal hotel . most of the attractions needed to take Metro . is not really a walking distance. BUT, there are supermarkets which we also like
