The room is comfy than our expectations. All room facilities were well equipped. All mandatory stuff is ready for our needs during the stay. We were impressed once we entered the room it’s nice and super clean. The bathroom is so new and clean The room is spacious enough to house couples or up to 3 people or the small family and we were able to fit 4 baggages.the room located near Daikokuchou station exit 6 with elevator and multiple convenient stores family mart ,lawson,7-11.and 3 grocery stores and Kizu market

It’s close to Daikokucho stn so we’re able to maximize the Osaka Amazing Pass. It’s also close to Imamiya station which is very convenient when using Kansai Mini Pass. ~300m walk is okay when starting your day but make sure to reserve some energy when going home. ;) The room is clean and spacious. You can arrange your luggages by the kitchen. There’s no iron for clothes but the host provided a wrinkle releaser spray which worked okay.

There are no rugs that can be used in the bathroom.

The unit is near the station which also a few stations away from Osaka central area. There are restaurants nearby and the location felt safe when walking back to the unit at night. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The unit is clean and it has everything we need for our stay.

The initial process of getting the key was a bit difficult. I didn't have the code or may have I missed it, and don't know how to unlock the mailbox.

The checkin instruction is clear and easy to follow. Room is spacious, have a washing machine, few minutes walking to 2 metro stations.

We followed the check in instruction, could open the mailbox but the room key was not there, we texted the property and got a room replacement few minutes later. There was one blanket very smelly, not sure why but i feel like the cleanliness could improve better!

The best part to me is its location near Daikokucho Metro Station which I didnt have to change many lines to go to my place of interest. The property is adequately enough for 3 of us. All that we need is in the property, and it is well explained by the host. But to improve perhaps an ironing board and iron would be good for traveller who’s not prepared with and iron during their travel.

Just one stop from Namba and a short walk from Daikokucho Station. Located in a quiet yet convenient area. Features two comfortable double beds—perfect for families.

The location only

The room was very dirty and poorly maintained. The TV was old and useless, with only two Japanese channels( no youtube) Electrical cables were exposed and unsafe. The balcony was filthy, and the kitchen lacked enough supplies for four guests. The host proposed to clean the room during our stay but we refused because it should be made before our arrival, we did it ourselves witch it was a lost of time ☹️ there was no detergent, no washing machine gel.. the most essential kitchen tools wasn’t provided.. the items we found was very dirty and not enough (we didn’t used 🥴) we contacted the owner to protest, so he send us few new items wich still enough for 4 people. Im not recommended this place especially for family.
