This is our second time staying and the room was bigger than what we had before, even if it's the same room type. We had a lot of space for unpacking and packing our luggages. I asked for a room with a view as we didn't have one before, and they complied. Lots of parking also available. Breakfast was okay and had many choices. We only had it once during our 5 day stay. The onsen was pretty standard but you can tell from the feel and smell of the water that it's not a natural hot spring. Room cleaning is on every third day of your stay. Only the trash on the bin provided were collected, tho. The trash we had in a plastic bag beside it was still in the room when we came back. All in all, I'll gladly stay here again when in Sapporo.

The hotel was really nice and clean with a lot of amenities such as a shop, restaurant, izakaya. Most importantly the onsen was very nice! Appreciated the fact that we could try both sides of the onsen.

I would say it was a bit far from the city and the only access was by bus. However they had a shuttle that ran from 4pm to 11 pm to susukino which was appreciated .. it would have been better if it was all day though

Very cheap with great amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Loved the sento. Bathing outdoors in the snow is fantastic. Clean and organized rooms with everything you need. Fresh towels and yukata every day.

Far away from the city center and from any train stations. About 40 minutes on foot to the nearest subway terminal. Great if you have your own vehicle but if not you are quite out of the way. However the neighbourhood and nearby parks do make for nice walking.

It is where we want to be so location is good for us. The hotel is modern, seem quite huge and newish. Parking is free and space is plenty. Feel very safe. As usual in Japan, it is very clean. Breakfast is........heavenly!!! Huge selection of Japanese food which are fresh and delicious.

The lobby is vast, It needs better signage for check in. It also needs signage of whether we want to check in at counter with people or with machine. I thought that I must check in using one of their check in machine, which proved troublesome. I was kindly helped by a staff at the end. The room is quite cramped which is expected in Japan. Just wish it could be bigger but I understand this is Japan.

The public bath is very great! It has an indoor and outdoor areas. Having hot spring under a snowy night is very enjoyable. The check out process is very efficient by using the me drop off box and allows late check out by 1000 yen for an additional hour through its smart TV system. Although there are a lot of rooms, the lifts are manageable to accommodate the guests even during the peak hour for check out.

Our fridge has some weird engine sound sometimes which is quite frustrating.

- Onsen, pool and sauna - cozy and comfortable but not fancy - very nice staff - free shuttle bus to the city center and the ski areas - little shop in the hotel

- strange opening hours for the shop and pool - if you want to spend a lot of time in the city center, keep in mind that this hotel is far outside of Sapporo and the earliest shuttle leaves around 15:30, so you have to take public transportation (earlier shuttle to the city would be really cool!)

Nice sized room (4x single beds), clean and well furnished room. The hotel onsen was excellent and staff were helpful, overall we had a great stay. If you are relying on public transport it is a bit difficult to access this hotel by rail so I would double check this before booking if you don't have a car. We got rail to closest station (3km away) and got taxi (1100yen) to hotel. There is a local bus which gets you to the hotel but for some reason it didn't come up on Google maps. Airport bus stops right out the front of hotel so accessing New Chitose is easy!

Difficult to access by train

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, and they are very generous of providing our sanitary supplies every day. There are a lot of activities the hotel is offering, and I just wish we had more time to try everything. The breakfast buffet is also worth the price we paid. Will surely return to this hotel again if given the chance to return to Hokkaido.

The dryer does not dry clothes in 30 minutes, so had to do another run.

New rooms, bigger room. Very comfort pillows. Excellent onsen sauna.

18 minute to shopping center. The picture looked old but very clean.

Free usage of their public bath. They give out free robes, towels, and daily toiletries in a bag so you just have to bring that bag when you go to public bath. Lobby is huge and has plenty of space for lounging. Vending machines are scattered around multiple floors. Lots of helpful information in the television, which you can change the language. Near a second street outlet which also sells outdoor sports equipment

Location. They may have a free public shuttle from/to APA Hotel Susukino but it starts late in the afternoon. Also, you need to get a ticket voucher for the shuttle in the hotel lobby, at most an hour before you get into the shuttle. Problem with this is that shuttle vouchers easily get sold out so you really have to be early if you want to use the shuttle. Public transportation from/to hotel is a bit of a hassle because you need to take a bus from/to Makomanai Station. There’s also supposed to be a direct bus from Sapporo station but I wasn’t able to find the correct bus stop location
