The breakfast was delicious and very accommodating. They asked for allergies before hand and made adjustments to their menu every morning based on my allergies. Since I don't eat pork, they made some great chicken and fish substitutions each morning.

As a tall person, traveling in Japan can be difficult sometimes since a lot of the hotel rooms/bathrooms/beds run small. This was the case here as the shower was a little inconvenient for me,

Wonderful view over the park and surrounding landscape. On the opposite side (near elevator) you could also see the mountains next to Sapporo.

Slightly dated interior, but everything was functional and the bath was way bigger than I was used to from other areas in Japan.

Nakajima Premier does everything a hotel is supposed to do, and a little bit more as well. The breakfast options were varied and tasted delicious. I also appreciated the amenities from the hotel. The staff were nice and thoroughly supported me in my travels by holding onto my key card and arranging the cabs. The room was spacious for one person. What I liked most was that it was far enough from the center of the city to be in a quiet neighborhood, and close enough to walk to where the action is at. I ended up taking the subway to get to places, and when time was more pressing, the staff called me a cab. This sets Nakajima Premier apart from the other 4 star hotels in the area. Big shout out to the breakfast team! The meals were most delicious and a great start to the day.

The bathtub itself was weirdly shaped, so when taking a bath, I had to cross my legs to lay down.

I had a small encounter with a male staff when we wanted to book a taxi at 3 am to the airport. There was no taxi service apparently. We panicked and started to gather info on how to get to the airport early morning as there were also no trains running. we also were told we could stay in the airport spa on the couch. However, later just one day before our departure, I was lucky as I recognised the lady who checked us in and who was kind without any prejudice, helped us to get a taxi to the airport. It saved our day and what a relieved.

A beautiful hotel and location with very helpful staff. There are plenty of ammenities local to the hotel and it's right on top of a subway line that leads directly North to the main JR train station and stops all the way along central Sapporo, but also heads south towards the Bus station for excursions outside of the city.

we got a Superior Double which afforded us more space in our room. What we'd have liked to have known is that these are on the corners of the building and don't offer views of the park not the mountain range which was a shame. We also were upset that on an evening we were planning to have a drink before bed we went to the top floor bar over an hour before the scheduled close and were turned away with no explanation as to why it was closing early, which was a shame.

We found this hotel a bargain, and we had a very enjoyable experience. The park next to the park is pleasant to walk in both during the day and during the night, especially under the snow. The hotel room was clean, larger than average Japanese hotel rooms but nothing special. The main positive thing about the hotel room was the view, which overlooked the nearby park and was breathtaking in the morning. I personally appreciated the vicinity with the flagship Seicomart Store (coincidental finding)!

While it's a minor drawback, the hotel is not new and some furniture in the room was a bit dated, albeit in great condition nonetheless.

I liked everything about this hotel. We had a spacious room (35 square meters) on the 19th floor overlooking the city (and not Nakajima Park) which was just great. The staff, the complimentary wine every day between 1pm and 7pm, the proximity to the park. We had also lunch in their japanese restaurant on the 24th floor and we loved it for 5k yen per person a very good deal. We just loved everything about the hotel also the small things (got free parking for 3 hours before returing the rental car etc?. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is standard for this this price point in Japan. Clean, friendly staff, and lots of toiletries offered. The location is not very central, but we like that it was close to a beautiful park. In the snow, the park was probably the most beautiful place in within the city. it is still walking distance to everything you need to get to. We just used the city tram to get to the train station when we had our luggage. They have a happy hour in the lobby where they offer free drinks daily.

They use a sweet fragrance in the lobby that I personally don't like.

Our room overlooked Nakajima Park, which we walked through every time we went to the subway. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great selection and tasty. The staff was helpful and friendly. They had a daily open wine/coffee/soup bar at 5 PM. The hotel is in the style of a grand hotel with a staircase and huge lobby. They have beautiful garden attached to the lobby with tables/seats. The hotel was large enough that there was always a taxi available outside if needed. We thought this hotel was perfect for our stay in Sapporo.

Can't think of anything that didn't work for us.

It was clean and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The daily room cleaning was good and replenished the supplies very readily. The view from the room was splendid as we oversaw the Nakajima park. The other side’s view was also good as it gave a good scene of the mountainous area.

There is no fitness area. Would have been perfect. Travelling into the centre was very slightly inconvenient, although the subway is 3 min walk away. It takes 2-3 stops to most things but a subway ride costs ¥210 but a walk takes 15-20 min.
