Toyoko Inn is a staple business style hotel in Japan and I use them a lot. This was the first time to stay a the Sasebo location and everything was as you’d expect. Great staff and service, value for money while maintaining a comfortable room size. This location has a free breakfast which was quite good with many choices that could fit just about any preference.

The room was of a good size and layout. It had a separate table and 2 chairs. Very comfortable. The breakfast was a really nice Japanese style. The breakfast ladies were attentive and fun. They looked after us really well. Thank you ladies. The front desk staff were well skilled and smooth.

I’ve stayed here a few times and the location is great. It’s a business style hotel, with a little more room than others. Whilst it may not boast having every amenity, it’s consistent across Japan and Sasebo is no exception. Clean with friendly staff.

Hotel seems to be a little old but it is very well maintained. No weird smell in the room, bathroom was clean. The location not too bad as well.

Can tell that it is an old hotel. If some interior changes can make the room feel more cozy or modern. TV is placed on the side table. Maybe it’ll be better to mount the TV up so there’s place to place and open up luggage.

Easy check-in procedure and good that there's parking on site. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast included. Baggage storage available.

Very busy at breakfast time. Nowhere to sit so go early if you want to eat.

Location was convient being next to the port and station. I appreciated that we could store our luggage before check-in and also after check-out. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good. I don’t usually eat hotel breakfast, but I’m glad I tried it here.

Brilliant location literally right next to the main station.

Breakfast finishes at 9 but this is more of a business hotel than a holiday hotel which this is reflective of.

This chain is good as always, location was very convenient. Railway station, ferry terminal and bus to 99 islands and Fukuoka are all 2-3 minutes walk away. Breakfast was delicious.

Bed is a little hard, but it’s a common thing for Japanese hotels.

Clean and close to train station. Had a good breakfast too and toiletries etc available.

The room was exceptionally quiet, clean and looked brand new! The staff obviously takes great care of the hotel.
