We were not familiar with Takamatsu, but we were pleasantly surprised by the public park, located at about a half hour's walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was close to the station, so not a hard trek with the bags.

There is no cafe or breakfast at the hotel at the moment. While there is a grocery store located quite close by at about 2 blocks from the hotel, adding a breakfast/cafe area could be a win. That would certainly raise my rating to a 10.

We got a great room at a great price which provided a kitchenette, washer/dryer, sofa for our family of 4. Great value for money.

Washer dryer meant no going down to common laundry facility of the hotel saving time & stress of going up/down. However, dryer wasn't strong enough, hence, next morning needed to rush damp clothes into dryer on ground floor for final dry off

The location is close to transport and few sign spots.

The room is not cleaning everyday is okay. However,if we needs to clean the room, in the morning, there is no one working at reception in the morning who can assist to leave message to cleaning staff. We need to asking for cleansing tag from reception in the evening the day before, if we wish the room need to be clean.

The beds were comfortable and twin beds were big enough for 2 adults and 1x11 years old child. The male staff members were very sincere and helpful. 7mins walk to Takamatsu station area. Good value.

Location was reasonably convenient to both Takamatsu stations and the shopping arcades. The hotel was reasonably new. Room was a bit on the small side but had all the amenities one needs.

The front counter was closed when I arrived at 11:00, and I was not able to leave my luggage until it reopened at 13:00. The vending machines next to the elevator on the ground floor were out of water and tea all three nights I was there. The cafe was also closed from 1st November due to corona, which was a strange reason as it had been open during Shikoku's state of emergency, but is now closed when the state of emergency had been lifted and the numbers nationwide had hit the lowest number of the year. As a result, there were not breakfasts for guests even though the listing said it would be included.

The hotel was near the main station and main shopping parade. It was clean and the staff were helpful.

Everything was great

The room is very clean. Even though I stayed in a smoking room, there was no strong smell. The hotel is also well-equipped.

they should inform that they don’t accept luggage storage when booking. we had to go back to the station for a coin locker

It was an excellent location. The property was newer.

There was hair in the sink drain and a strong sewer smell in the room.

New and clean facilities, convenient location to train station and cruise terminals

Duty front desk in the evening could be more helpful in checking transport info required by the hotel guest.
