Love the newly renovated rooms on the top floor. Designed with details in mind, great space and layout. We also really appreciate how thoughtful the hotel is and provided us with all sort of skincare products and amenities. Wonderful Japanese quality!

The other area (public) are quite dated. It does require some renovation overall.

The property is beautiful, our room had a hot spring bath in it, the room was clean and very stylish. The staff went out of their way to ensure you had everything you needed. Very highly recommend this property in Takamatsu.

For us it was fine but the location is on the edge of town and up a very steep hill. A taxi was required to go downtown for dinner.

The staff are exceptionally nice. They tried the best to make me feel like home and they made it. They speak Japanese slowly with gesture so that even a foreigner can understand and appreciate. The bath facilities are so good that I can do that all day.

A very welcoming staff. The view on the terrace and the roof-top onsen are such a great experience.

Perhaps a bit far from the city centre where you can find the restaurants.

The location was good. The actual building needed a bit of work. The onsen was great. The outdoor deck area was fantastic. But it could be so much better as a bar/restaurant with a beautiful view of Takamatsu
