Clean, convenient to station and town walking route.

A little noisy, but opposite the train and bus station it was to be expected.

Very conveniently located immediately across Nobi Bus Terminal. Huge family mart located on the first level of the hotel.

The rooms do not have thermostats, and the air conditioner only spews out hot air in colder weather. It causes the room to be very stuffy, and the only way was to open the window to air the room. We got assigned a smoking room, and could not be reassigned to a non-smoking as the hotel was full.

The location is great

I apparently accidentally booked a smoker room, this is not shown when you choose the room but in the many details listed. I would expect to see this prominently displayed. No other room was available due to holiday season. So we stayed in this room which was really hard to cope with, it also showed stains and you felt kind of dirty the whole time. The bed was tiny, I would say it was only 120cm. We booked the breakfast, should not have done it and listened to the recommendations. It is really not even worth that money if you compare it to others in Japan. So better get something at one of the many many places downtown. I am usually not that negative but I was really disappointed...
