My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Excellent sized family room for the 5 of us. There is a huge souvenir shop in the Takayama Green hotel just beside this hotel. The souvenir shop opens at 7am and closes at 10pm so we could still do some shopping after dinner. Laundry machine is the room was very convenient. Comfortable beds and pillows. There's a 7-11 convenience store just opposite the hotel. Do note that parking needed to be reserved. The hotel doesn't have many parking lots and guests need to inform the hotel in advance if you need parking. A traffic cone with your name will be placed in the lot to reserve it for you.

There was no dryer machine in the hotel. We could wash our clothes but had to hang the laundry in the bathroom to dry. The bathroom fan had a dry and heating mode to heat up the place and dry the clothes, it just made the whole bathroom really humid. Some trial and error required to find the best way to hang clothes so that they dried well overnight. The location was a little further from the city centre, about 10-15min walking distance to the train station and eateries.

The accommodation is close by the train station which is very convenient. In front of the hotel there is a 7 eleven with an ATM. Takayama is not that big so everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the shower as well. Washing machine that also has drying program which was very convenient. Bathroom comes with shampoo conditioner and bath gel. Kitchen is small but complete. Staff is very friendly and we received an upgrade which was absolute wonderful. Really recommend this place. Clean and new towels were provided everyday. Cleaning every two days. We stayed in many apartments and this one was the best for us. Would book again.

The room has a good layout that really makes great use of the available space. We were only 3 persons in a room that can sleep 6, so plenty of space. It might get a bit crowded with 6, if all are adults. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette and seating area. And even better to have a washing/dryer. Very efficient machine that was. Good location with a lovely ramen restaurant nearby and a 7-11 across the road.

No tea or coffee provided, but that is probably why the 7-11 across the road has such a good selection. Strangely though, there was nowhere to plug in the kettle in the kitchenette. We ended up making coffee on the coffee table using the (provided) extension cord. Would have preferred a window one can see through.

The rooms were quite large and very comfortable for our family of 4. There was a small kitchenette as well which made it easy to have breakfast in the unit. Our room also had a washing machine and a drying room which when you’re travelling is a bit of a godsend. Also a 7/11 across the road. We would definitely stay here again, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit of a walk from what we would call the main area of town. Fav Lux is closer and next time we would probably consider staying there because it is closer walking distance to everything. In saying that though it was probably only 20 mins walk to places.

Big room. Perfectly clean. There was an air purifier + humidifier in the room. Window could open easily, to have fresh air. Sound insulation is perfect. Super convenient location, in front of 7 Eleven, walking distance of the station and old town. Helpful staff. They have called a taxi for us. Hairdryer was ok. The shower was perfect. There was a washing machine in the room, a very good one. It was a bit dark there, though. There was also a clothes hanger to dry clothes. Lots of amenities like cotton swabs, tooth brushes. Amazing communication and easy checkin and checkout.

No USB chargers. No hooks to hang the bathroom towels. The blackout curtains were not so good. But I think most of the hotels in Japan are like this.

The location was within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Takayama (15-20 mins), and it was close to the train station and other amenities as well. We had a car on our trip but never ended up using it! Staff were friendly but the place is mostly self-serve - you can check in and out with a QR code. Clean rooms, with lots of space for a family if you rent out the big one and the beds were comfy. 7-11 across the street was convenient for snacks and ATM.

Parking costs 1000 yen a night, which is a bit more expensive than the going rate of the nearby parking lots. Personally I would have preferred not to pay for parking but regardless it was nice to have. The spot were a bit tight for the RAV4 we had rented and there was no pre-reservation so we had to wait 1 day to get our spot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from JR Station and the Nohi Bus Station, making it perfect for travelers. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a powerful shower with great water pressure. It was also well-equipped with a washing machine, detergent, and a high-quality hairdryer. I also loved the thoughtful amenities—there was a water dispenser at the reception, and each room had a thermos so guests could refill anytime. The kitchenette was another great feature, with essential cooking utensils, a hot water kettle, and a microwave, making it easy to buy food from a convenience store or supermarket and enjoy a meal in the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even though I arrived before check-in time, I was able to store my luggage. The self-check-in system via a tablet at reception was easy to use and had an English menu. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely return!

There was a washing machine in the room which was convenient for us as we were travelling around and needed it. It also had cooking facilities so it was nice to have a couple of meals at home. The bathroom was fantastic, we stayed in many different hotels and it was the best shower

We we're only 2 in the room but there were 2 Queen beds, for us it would have been better to have one bed and a bit more space, however this room would be fantastic if you were travelling with kids. I would have liked tea coffee and sugar sachets had been available. They did provided bathroom products

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we need. We had the family room which was spacious and nicely laid out. The location is not as close to the town center, but since it was during the festival there were not many options. We walked an extra 10-15 min to get to the center, but it was fine. There were lots of food options within 10 min walk. They subsidize the parking in the paid parking lot.

There were no parking spaces available on their parking lot. So we had to park elsewhere. It was cheap, but the hassle was annoying. having said that, it's a good option for those who come with a car.

The room was very good and spacious. The cost was attractive. The location is reasonably close to the old town (15 min walk). The room is great for families. There is a free laundry machine in the room.

Parking was not free and the local parking was full. No meals arrangement in the hotel. You can cook your own meal in the room.
