The room is very nice and clean, a lot of lighting controls near the bed for the desk/bedside/toilet/entrance which I appreciate. The lights are very bright too compared to other business hotels I've stayed in. 3 convenience stores and 2 supermarkets in the near proximity that are opened late at night is very convenient. Right next to Oomori station although the nearest exit (North) only have stairs and elevators so it's recommended to use the central exit with heavy luggage. I forgot something after checking out and the staff re-issued my room key which is an appreciated act.
During my stay in August I've had several encounters with mosquitos in the hotel lobby and room which was not that common during my other stays in Tokyo, insect repellent may be nice to have. Two elevators with no stairs access can lead to some waiting time to get in and out but these are about the only downsides I have.

The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was also so comfortable and clean. We could use the spa for free which was amazing and very relaxing. The location is a little far away from city center but very easy to take metro and it only takes 20-30 minutes to Shibuya and Shinkuju. There is also a shopping mall (Artre) very near to the hotel. There are a lot of opportunities there like eating, drinking, shopping, etc.
We know that it’s a bit hard to smoke in Japan and there are specific smoking areas but it would be nice if hotel had a smoking area (at least a standing ashtray outside of the facility) for guests who smoke. We couldn’t even find a trash to throw our butts away neither in front of the hotel outside nor at reception.

The hotel was pretty clean with decent onsite facilities. The location was convenient for traveling around Tokyo as it was close to a subway station. It is located a little ways away from the center of Tokyo and the more popular districts but the 10-20 minute train rides were no problem for us. There is a 7-11 connected to the hotel which is a nice bonus for quick access to snacks and such.
The air was centrally controlled by the facility. The first couple of days it was still on heat so the rooms were rather warm for a comfortable sleep. The last few days the air blew nice and cool when they switched over to air conditioning.

- Very close to the train station and 3 major convenience stores (konbini) - Quite a number of food places that open even after midnight - Staff was very helpful and accommodating, despite them not speaking English well, but they show effort by using translation app on their phone - The hotel pays heavy attention to hygiene issues - The hotel provides free movies in the room TV
- The room I was in was too small - Location was rather far from the city centre (around 30 mins train ride) and taxi ride is very expensive as well, hence I match my schedule with the last scheduled train (around midnight)

The location is fantastic! The hotel entrance is right in front of the escalator to the JR Yamanote Line station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo—especially when traveling with big luggage. I absolutely loved it!
Though the room is compact, every detail is thoughtfully designed, making the space efficient and comfortable. Everything is well explained, ensuring a smooth stay. For example, the bed is slightly elevated, allowing you to store two to three large suitcases underneath—perfect for travelers with big luggage. The tap water is also drinkable, so there’s no need to buy large water bottles. One of the highlights is the spacious onsen bath, offering a perfect way to unwind after a long day in Tokyo. Highly recommended for a convenient and relaxing stay!

I had an excellent stay here! Loved everything about the property, clean, excellent size, room was well equipped had everything I needed and everyday I would receive clean towels and new yukata! My favorite item was the clothes spray they had that would refresh used items and clean any odors. I definitely recommend staying here, also the spa with the onsen was an incredible experience into japanese culture! The hotel was at most 30 minutes away via metro from the tourist attractions and the 7eleven had many food options and their milk tea options were excellent

The location is superior for public transportation with a train station (Omori Station) and local bus, bike options, and very walkable. Shopping plus... a 7/11 store (24 hours) attached to the hotel and Lawson across street. Omori Station has a multilevel shopping area and a supermarket. Locale and very pedestrian and bike friendly. Not car-centric like California. The staff at the Hotel is very accommodating and the room cleaning in excellent. A environmental stay for sure. Very well thought out environment plan is APA Japan. Check it out for yourself and enjoy the ease of your stay from check -in to unfortunately having to check-out of Omori Ekimae APA. Like! (:

Staff was super helpful when I forgot an item at the hotel after leaving. They're able to ship it to me (within Japan) very quickly and had responded asap to my request. Like other APA hotels, they offer new towels and robes every day, but I also wanted to note that this APA in particular felt newer and cleaner than other ones I've stayed at. The public bathhouse was also just as nice and is free for use as well. The hotel is also right next to the Omori station (but about a 30 minute train from spots such as Shibuya and Ueno), and it has an Atre shopping center at the station in case you wanted to have quick food that's not from a combini.
One small issue was the coin laundry machines. They're clean and easy to use, but there were some days where there were too many people using them. Another thing to note for other foreigners is that the hotel room is relatively small to ones in Western countries.

Location is excellent. Literally across the road from the Omori Station North entrance. There are numerous restaurant options within a 50m radius. The property is new, well presented and clean. Very English speaker friendly. The sento on the second floor is very good. The beds are comfortable.
It's small. Like really small. The rooms fit a double bed and that's it. No wardrobe, no where to put your suitcases. Add baggage and the room gets even more tighter. That said, the room has a fridge and lots of nifty features maximising the space available. The check in process attempts a lot of automation that takes a lot longer than just showing your passport and signing a form. The fact the front desk is fully staffed makes the clunky touch screens and QR codes even more redundant.

First time staying in this area for a Tokyo trip, thought I'd save some time going south since I was planning to visit Kamakura, Hakone and Yokohama. The hotel is right next to the station and there are frequent trains in both directions, so it was quite convenient. The public bath is quite nice, there's an "outdoor" section for some fresh air. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a bunch of restaurants in walking distance. The only landmark nearby is Shinagawa aquarium, I recommend going there if you arrived too early for check in.
It gets quite busy at the check in time, but the staff tried hard to keep up. The rooms are quite small but this is expected.
