Clean, the staff was very exceptional, breakfast was good, in one of our 2 rooms the air conditioner was not working well but it was okay. Need more programming on television. Maybe give some in other languages with closed caption in various languages. The clothes washing area was adequate as we did utilize it. If you could have some information regarding how to get to various tourist site, it would be great. I would definitely stay in a Toyoko Inn Hotel again. We also have another 2 night stay in Toyoko Inn Osaka Umeda.

My air conditioner was not working well. Television programming was limited. We didn't realize we were kind of far from the areas we wanted to see in Tokyo. I thought it was going to be closer and easier to get to those places. My mistake. I think I misread the distance from central Tokyo.

The location is only 20 minutes by car / taxi from Haneda airport. Friendly staff who assisted with check in. Free breakfast and amenities like pajamas are available behind reception. Free luggage storage. Room was clean. You can get later check out if you pay by the hour. If something runs out during breakfast, they refill it almost immediately. The cooks here do a really good job and you can see them smiling and laughing in the kitchen. I slept well here. A/C worked well.

The bathroom consisted of a yellow resin all around the room. Very old and dated. Immaculately clean, but still old and dated.

- Small rooms - Breakfast area is very small, people are queuing in the morning and we felt stressed during our breakfast. Some people took their food into the room. After the first day we didn’t go anymore and just grabbed something from outside. - Coffee was very bad - The pijamas they have are not comfortable, shorts and shirt would be way better.

Friendly staff, clean, close enough to public transport and restaurants. Great value for money and they had everything you needed, even disposable razors and toothbrushes!

Everything was great, if I was to complain about something it would just be that the breakfast omelettes and boiled eggs were cold , straight out of the fridge, if they were heated it would have been brilliant!

While the location is slightly away from the train station, the bus stops, supermarkets, takeout places and restaurants were all within walking distance. The room has sufficient, quiet air conditioning and all basic amenities are available. The bed was also spacious and comfortable. However, the rooms are fairly small and may not be suited for those who have a lot of luggage with them. I also appreciated the kiosks that allowed guests to check out straight away by inserting your room card.

I do think it's strange that guests need to wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to be let into their rooms, even if the room is already made. I can understand charging for and restricting early check ins, but it seems kind of strict.

I liked the quiet area and easy access to the train station. There were plenty of great food options and the staff were very kind and patient with my friend and I who don't speak the best Japanese. The room was tight but that was expected. The room was also very clean and any requests we had, the staff helped us with.

I was not the biggest fan of the beds. They were very stiff and hard to get comfortable in. Apart from that, I have no other complaints.

The room is very nice,so as the bathroom too.The toilet is very good too.I like the ideal location as it is close to the train station and some super markets.Also the free breakfast is also very good

Everything is pretty good except for the washing machine and the dryer because it take 300 yen to get everything done.

Easy check-in and check-out. Good wifi and size of the room was ok based on Tokyo´s standards, we could leave two big suitcases under the beds and that allowed us to move better into the room. Cleanliness and bathroom were good.

Breakfast is very poor, specially if you are expecting continental/western amenities. The mattress and pillow were very hard, not used to sleep on that kind of hardness

Location is close to Haneda airport, good for late arrival or our case early departure travellers. 15mins walk to subway station with adequate food and grocery needs nearby. Good delicious buffet breakfast spread. Value for money suitable for budget travellers.

Automated check-in was more tedious than check-out process ... though front-desk staff are available to assist. Bed is a bit too hard for my liking. No closet and limited coat/jacket hanging space.

I like very much the breakfast served to us. It's a buffet breakfast! I love the food especially the plum juice! I also like very much the assistance and kindness of the staff. This is very near to Uniqlo Store and even the ABC Mart. This is also accessible to restaurants.

Not spacious. We had to open our luggage on top of our bed instead on the floor since there is no more space to spread our luggage. So far this is the only we didn't like.
