Clean, the staff was very exceptional, breakfast was good, in one of our 2 rooms the air conditioner was not working well but it was okay. Need more programming on television. Maybe give some in other languages with closed caption in various languages. The clothes washing area was adequate as we did utilize it. If you could have some information regarding how to get to various tourist site, it would be great. I would definitely stay in a Toyoko Inn Hotel again. We also have another 2 night stay in Toyoko Inn Osaka Umeda.

My air conditioner was not working well. Television programming was limited. We didn't realize we were kind of far from the areas we wanted to see in Tokyo. I thought it was going to be closer and easier to get to those places. My mistake. I think I misread the distance from central Tokyo.

Friendly staff, clean, close enough to public transport and restaurants. Great value for money and they had everything you needed, even disposable razors and toothbrushes!

Everything was great, if I was to complain about something it would just be that the breakfast omelettes and boiled eggs were cold , straight out of the fridge, if they were heated it would have been brilliant!

While the location is slightly away from the train station, the bus stops, supermarkets, takeout places and restaurants were all within walking distance. The room has sufficient, quiet air conditioning and all basic amenities are available. The bed was also spacious and comfortable. However, the rooms are fairly small and may not be suited for those who have a lot of luggage with them. I also appreciated the kiosks that allowed guests to check out straight away by inserting your room card.

I do think it's strange that guests need to wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to be let into their rooms, even if the room is already made. I can understand charging for and restricting early check ins, but it seems kind of strict.

Location is close to Haneda airport, good for late arrival or our case early departure travellers. 15mins walk to subway station with adequate food and grocery needs nearby. Good delicious buffet breakfast spread. Value for money suitable for budget travellers.

Automated check-in was more tedious than check-out process ... though front-desk staff are available to assist. Bed is a bit too hard for my liking. No closet and limited coat/jacket hanging space.

The staff was friendly, but the service is limited. Breakfast comes complimentary, so no complaints about this. There's Danny's and several shops nearby for the convenience. Rooms are tiny, but that's the standard for this chain of hotels. Not a bad choice for one night stay close to the Haneda airport.

Efficiency of the check in is quite limited, but I think it was because of the bigger group. All the info you find in the room, also in English language for none Japanese speakers.

I like very much the breakfast served to us. It's a buffet breakfast! I love the food especially the plum juice! I also like very much the assistance and kindness of the staff. This is very near to Uniqlo Store and even the ABC Mart. This is also accessible to restaurants.

Not spacious. We had to open our luggage on top of our bed instead on the floor since there is no more space to spread our luggage. So far this is the only we didn't like.

I spent one night at this hotel before my flight from Haneda Airport. The hotel has everything you need.

I was extremely disappointed by the fact that our flight was early in the morning, but the hotel was not willing to accommodate our departure by preparing breakfast packages for us. When we wanted to go for breakfast at 6:25 AM, we were informed that breakfast is served only from 6:30 EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY PREPARED. They did not allow us to have breakfast 5 minutes earlier, and as a result, we missed breakfast entirely.

Breakfast was delicious, with hot food cooked onsite. Rooms were small but the space was used very efficiently. Enjoyed the bath, shower and rain shower options. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrobes were provided. USB charging meant I didn't need a power adaptor.

Checkin and payment using the machines did not work. Thankfully staff were still able to check us in manually. Room was initially hot and stuffy, but running the air conditioner fixed that.

Clean n comfortable beds, loveky view from bed by window. Facilities were easy to get to get refill of water, green tea. Breakfast was nice local food fare like Japanese style rice, seaweed, soups and bread rolls. You can even take yr coffee or tea to go.

The hotel is geared towards accommodation for business people who stay a night. The frel if the hotel feels budget but is ok.

This is my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotels chain. I like everything about them. The first time I stayed in Asakusa, which was closer to the city center. Omori is a bit further away. But I like the cleanliness and the breakfast.

There was only one thing I didn't like. After a 20-hour flight, I had to wait another 5 hours to check in and get to my room... But rules are rules.
