The location could not have been more perfect. Great little neighborhood, felt totally safe. Delicious restaurants right nearby, within walking distance to Family Mart, and a great little coffee/breakfast spot across from the train entrance. There was also a grocery and pharmacy within a 5 minute walk. The property was so clean and safe, and the luggage storage was so easy to access. It felt like you were a part of the neighborhood, not in a high traffic touristy area. And with it being so hot - having a washing machine and dry rack was key! We would absolutely recommend this place!

The refrigerator was more than ample with separate freezer space. If you are packing bento and making breakfast to stretch a buck you will have no problems. The location right next to the rail stop is wonderful. The new construction has the place silent as can be. The wash also got use (powder provided) and the integrated system for the tub room also worked as a drying system. Hang things like jeans up on the rod, turn it on, and head out for your day. When you are back jeans/cargos/socks are bone dry.

Having a rice cooker would have made this place an 11 in my book. Though if you are tall the WC closet might have your knees next to the wall.

Lovely apartment style accomodation with everything we needed. Much larger than most places went to. Bed was comfortable and the couch bed was adequate. Lovely location right outside the train station, it's far from central Tokyo and has a bit of a commute but there's a lovely little shopping area right outside with a bunch of amazing restaurants - especially the sushi, seafood donburi, and yakiniku restaurants.

It's a bit far from main attractions and there's only a local train from the local station. But it's very easy to transfer so it's not a huge problem.

I can't recommend this place enough! First of all, the building is in a 3-4 minutes walking distance of the Omorimachi station, which is connected to Haneda airport with the Keikyu line and then with Shinagawa station which connects to most lines in Tokyo, so transport to and from the place is very easy. There are many convenience stores, markets and restaurants around the area which is great and offers lots of comfort after a long day spent sightseeing in Tokyo. The apartment was very clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need, from a washing machine, to hair dryer, towels, kettle, microwave, air condition, TV, etc. The check-in and check-out are also very easy. The non-flexible check-in and check-out times are not a problem because there is a storage room in the entrance hall where you can leave your luggage safely locked, the hosts are also very helpful and very responsive, they talk an excellent English so communication is no problem at all. When we will go back to Tokyo we will book stay here again because what this place offers for the price is excellent!

There was nothing that we didn't liked about this place, it is perfect.

-Lots of places to eat nearby, with lots of convenience stores, and the local station is SUPER close (Omorimachi), and Komeda Cafe was a 2 min walk, which was PERFECT. They have the best Americano, and thickly sliced toast with strawberry jelly. I would recommend their Katsu sandwich for something more. -Light, contemporary, and clean. -SUPER nice feature of being able to dry your clothes in the shower after washing. -Super quiet room. can't really hear other people outside the room, I was on the top floor (5th, which I would recommend if you are a light sleeper). -A/C perfectly cooled room to a comfortable temp. -Bed was perfectly comfortable, and loved the down blanket. -Nice touch of having a vacuum.

These were not very serious issues for us, just something that could affect those of you: -The floor is a very light vinyl/laminate, so it gets dirty very easy. -Didn't understand how to use the stove, no instructions either. -Curtains don't really darken the room in the morning (light starts to shine bright at 4-5am in May). -Only gave a couple of liners for trash can. I was staying for 2 weeks, definitely would have been nice to have extra as we were a family of 4.

Apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. Warmer function in the toilet was such a quality of life

Could do an upgrade to the pillows it was way too soft that it flattens fully before even properly sleeping.

The apartment had all amenities - Induction, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine. Everything to manage a beautiful stay just like being at home.

The prices were on the higher side. If its per day cost could have been around 10k yen, its the best place to live.

Everything.. the mini kitchen had everything you needed. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Comprehensive amenities, mini bathtub, shower, washing machine with drying function in the bathroom, bidet toilet, large towels, delightful bedding, remarkably quality toiletries, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, all very well supplied. Scrupulously clean. Value for money is excellent. Right around the corner from numerous eateries (bargain sushi stand!!) and the local train station. So easy to get around with Suica card loaded. Excellent location for Haneda, downtown, tokyo cruise ship ($40 uber). Quiet despite proximity to road. Taxi will drop 80m away. Would surely stay again!

The WC was around the corner from the rest of the bathroom, which was a little odd, but no big deal. It took a bit to sort out the check-in ipad to get to the check-in page. You have to hit the O function. Make sure you have your entry codes handy. I wish I had figured out the drying function sooner in the bathtub room…google translate!!

The location was convenient with it being right next to a station. It was extremely clean and comfortable, looks exactly like the pictures. The amenities were perfect for our stay and had plenty of room for 3 of us.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like about where we were staying, it was a 10/10!

It was a very good size. Only a couple of minutes walk to the train station. Plenty of food options, supermarket and shopping close by. The unit had a washing machine, which was wonderful. It was a lovely place and made for a great stay.

There wasn't a charger that we could see for the stick vacuum, so we couldn't use it. Other than that it was great.
