Online check in, you recive the number and free to enter your room, no personal contact. Little noice because of train but nothink to care about a lot, i slept wery well without disturb. Realy fine at all.

very clean, easy to access, quite a few places around to eat and buy groceries. direct access to train station and bus stop.

beds made a lot of noise when moving even just a little. No microwave so no way to heat up food you may buy outside and want to bring back to the room to eat. Just be sure to understand that the cleaning fee is NOT included in the initial price you see on booking.com so you will pay more when you make the transaction, but well worth the stay!

Very near to iogi station. Easy to find with the map.(It was the building behind the restaurant.) Had instructions to explain how things work and the host answered all my questions fairly quickly.

The towels were dark color, so you can see a lot of the lint on your body after shower. The beds were really squeaky and not the most comfortable, but doable. The pillows were really thin. If you have large luggage the room will be quite a squeeze. The train was pretty loud and will vibrate to buildings sometimes while the trains are running. On Friday night the customers of the restaurant down stairs were really loud even after midnight.

Easy access to the train station! I liked that they had a shower separately from the toilet I like the small kitchenette space The bed was better unstacked, but it was nice to have the option I liked that there was a laundry room The mini fridge was helpful

I didn't like that there was no reception, especially because it was a little difficult finding the place I wish the shower had a better ventilation system The train tracks are right there, so it gets a bit loud after 5am The windows were not allowed to be opened, but they fogged up throughout the day One of the dryers was not working in the laundry room

Great price, located close to a metro station (local stop, not express). Room was clean, wifi worked well (but a weird note about not using it for streaming). Some good cheap food options nearby, nice quiet neighbourhood.

One of the beds was extremely squeaky and loud, hopefully this been fixed for future guests. Check in process not the easiest, had to fill out an online form while about to leave the airport which was mostly in Japanese in order to be sent the door code. Not super obvious where to find the room despite the guide we were eventually sent. Check-in hours fairly limited, if you plan to stay here make sure the times work for you. No possibility to leave luggage after checkout and if sending luggage from airport or elsewhere via Yamato you will need to be there yourself to receive it.

I think a rack is needed for bath towels and another mirror over the sink because that’s where you’re likely to brush your teeth.

The rooms were neat and clean. Decent sized for Tokyo standards.

Communication from the hotel on check-in was unclear. We didn't get check-in instructions until the day of check-in. Also, check-in is at 5pm, which is odd

The place was clean and tidy. It’s a bit far from the city but that’s the charm of this place. The train noise didn’t bother us at all as we were out the whole day and only arrive the place almost midnight. Other facilities like hot water, hair dryer, washing machine etc were working well.

The creaky noise from the bed needs to be fixed as it is more bothering than the train sound.

Space is very clean and spacious by Tokyo standards. Would definitely highly recommend if you're going for a more laid back trip. The sound of the train did not bother us at all because it was like white noise.

There was no mirror so it was a tiny bit inconvenient. The beds were creaky. It was far from the main Tokyo centre and took 30-40mins from Shinjuku so if your trip schedule is packed I would recommend go somewhere closer to the city.

Honestly ,everything . The Check in Guide was really helpful , it's close by the train station but it wasn't loud at all , we had stores close by and everything went super smooth and easy , they were really helpful and sweet. 11/10 can only recommend

The only thing was the bed was really squeaky the whole time ,even if you just move an arm
