Private room, very affordable price. Location was really great. Self service check in. Easy to understand directions to get to the hotel. Quiet place to stay with not many rooms on the floor. Nice and clean. There were some flyers and pamphlets of what to do around Koenji which is a great part of Tokyo.

Futon was a little bit thin and I found it uncomfortable. However, I may not be used to it as a westerner. Room was really cold but was equiped with an air conditioner. No windows in the room so no fresh airflow. I also didn't see any staff for the 3 days I was there, although not a problem for me, it may be for some other travellers.

Good location near Koenji train station where there are many shops and eateries available on short walk. Room and toilet are clean and tidy.

Wall is not sound proof. may not be suitable for light sleeper as noise from other rooms and footsteps can be clearly heaed

I love Koenji and Hotel Junjo is very affordable. A 3 minute walk to the station area where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Only a short train ride to Shinjuku. Facilities are kept very clean. Aircon and heating. Happy to see some improvements were made since the last time I stayed...there's now a mini fridge for snacks and drinks. Rooms now have individual pin codes. Hosts are very accomodating.

I wish the futons were a little thicker. Needs a full length mirror in the bathroom area for outfit checks.

Koenji is a very nice neighborhood and at koenji station you have many train to go to the center. the room is small but it's still confortable and cheap for the location. There's no common space but a kettle (with coffee-tea) and a microwave are on the first floor

Extremely simple but comfortable stay in the hip Koenji neighbourhood. Room was small but offered what it promised. Common facilities were clean and in great condition. Checking in and out was easy even if we never physically met the staff.

The locks on the room doors are fairly noisy and the soundproofing in general isn't all that great.

It was clean throughout and there wasn't a lot of guests as far as I could tell so there was no noise from the other rooms.

There were 2 intercoms which I found confusing. The owner/reception staff were not at reception so I found it difficult yo understand how to check in.

My favourite place to stay in Tokyo. Koenji is a great area. Hotel Junjo has clean and modern facilities. Staff are helpful. Wifi is good. Aircon/heaters in each room. Close to train station, konbini, supermarkets, and laundromat. Hairdryer is provided as are towels, body wash, and shampoo.

Rooms are very small. Overall not a huge problem as I continue to stay here each time I'm in Tokyo :)

It’s very comfortable, in the heart of koenji so there’s always something to do. The bathroom and the shower are very clean, and so was my room. The shower and toilets were high quality.

Everything was so easy! The place was easy to find, with great communication from the host. Everything was clean and well-run. We loved the Koenji neighborhood as well, and the short walk to the metro.

The rooms was tiny with no windows. We didn't mind, but keep this in mind when you book.

Clean, quiet, affordable. Lively staff. Great toilets and shower. No wait for toilet or shower during my stay. No noise whatsoever from neighbors. Truly peaceful.
