Convenient location. Well-stocked kitchen, laundry, and bath. Lots of natural light and privacy, even though it’s a ground floor space. Good communication with the staff.

I wish the bed and couches were more comfortable. I wish there were fewer or smaller tables in the space, or maybe tables that could be folded and put away. The apartment is small, which is normal in Tokyo. But those tables take up a lot of the space.

The apartment is spacious and just 3 stations away from Shinjuku Station. It's nearby to the main area but in the quieter part of town. Walking from the nearest station (Shin-Nakano) to the apartment was enjoyable as there were many interesting shops around. Me and my family checked in around 2.30AM due to missing the last train in Shinjuku. It was hard to get a taxi since it's the weekend and the streets are filled with drunkards. It was a very long, tough and traumatic day for me and my family, but upon opening the door of the apartment, we saw a quote on the living room wall "It's simple. Believe in yourself. Never give up!". It was like having a pat on the back. The house feels so warm and welcoming <3 Thanks Miharu-san!

It's actually quite hard to find the apartment since it is around 500-600m away from Shin-Nakano Station, and not as near as depicted in Booking.Com map view (at that time). I found that currently the location has been updated in Booking.Com. The check-in time of 5.00PM is a bit too late for my liking, and the checkout of 10.00AM is too early. It feels like the stay is shorten due to these check in/out time.

Having the whole apartment, where you can cook, do laundry, ironing - all fully private. And really close to the subway!

One of the sofas was not the most comfortable bed. So, this might be relevant if you are a larger group and need all of the beds/sofas.

The location of the property was fantastic. It was only a 5 minutes walk from the train station, from which we could get all over Tokyo no problem. We had a small issue regarding the fire alarm, however I contacted the host and it was sorted very quickly and I am very thankful for that.

I stayed with two friends, and whilst there was enough room it was a little cramped. The beds were also not the most comfortable, however overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Very neat little place with nice toilet, bathroom, laundry and small courtyard for hanging clothes. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook for the family. Great communication from owners - very kind and and helpful. Only 5 min walk from metro station, and groceries nearby.

We are a family of 5, and I would say this house comfortably fits 4 - Parents slept in the double bedroom and 2 teenagers used the beds in the loungeroom. Our youngest had to fit where he could, sharing beds with siblings.

Great for our first stop on our trip. It is small but comfortable. Host was great and helpful. We forgot some clothes and they were very helpful in getting those back to us. Location was handy. Lots of places to eat. Easy access to subway.

Could include tea, coffee and milk but seems to be common in Japan not to include those. We bought our own which was easy enough.

The place is easy to find. Spacious space even for 2-3 people. Location is quite easy to find. Very clean, great interior and amenities. I love my stay here.

If you are a light sleeper and get the lower floor, you might need earplugs because I can still hear cars passing by.

It was a great stay at Nakano Apartment. It is located close to a metro station and a lot of market stories. The apartment is exactly as show on the photos. The staff was very helpfull when we needed.

Localisation is perfect, less than 10 minutes to subway, well catered. Quiet and good space. Staff is great, always fast answer and can arrange you if needed.

A real dryier will be a real improvement
