Really nice spacious rooms and the morning breakfast is fantastic. Location is great, it is a 5 -10 minute walk either way to get to main parts.

Loved everything, but found concierge desk a little disinterested and very rarely there whenever we needed to see them, i am assuming they must have been short staffed.. The reception staff and door staff were incredible.

I was most pleased with the service I received with the concierge, especially with one woman whose business card I seemed to have misplaced. I think her name was something like Miyoko. She seemed to be in charge there. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and was very helpful which made our trip there special. There was also another gentleman whose name I have also forgotten but he was tall and spoke English very well. On one particular day during our visit, I lost my cell phone and the two of them were able to locate it for me. I felt they went way beyond their responsibilities and took the time to locate it for me. I was so impressed! Thank you for having such great employees. I will always remember the Hilton Tokyo Hotel because of them.

I didn’t like the location as it was not in walking distance to Shinjuku and other areas we wanted to visit. But we were able to take taxis and it was usually just a short ride away.

5-Star Stay – Will Definitely Return! The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city. It has an amazing selection of restaurants, including an upscale steakhouse and high-end sushi. The bar on the second floor is a great spot, especially with live music in the evenings. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, and while the workout room was just okay, it got the job done. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a very centrally located hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The rooms are a decent size and very comfortable. There is a good breakfast with plenty of Western and Japanese options. Unfortunately, we didn't try any of the in-house restaurants as there are plenty of eating options in the vicinity of the hotel. There is also a very nice bar called St.George's, which is perfect for a quiet drink after a hectic day of signtseeing. The staff are friendly and obliging.

It would be good to have some English TV channels. Not all visitors will be fluent in Japanese, and I found even international news channels like the BBC and CNN to be dubbed (except for a given timeslot where the broadcast is in English). Would be good to add some English news channels to the list of available channels.

Hilton Shinjuku is in an excellent location . We love the size of the Junior King Suite room . We like the cleanliness of the room. The room service is very good .

Breakfast downstairs was unpleasantly busy and noisy.Really not a nice way to start the day. A lot of pushing and rushing and impolite people. Basically it felt like too many people in that space. Also the quality of the food has become not as good as it used to be. We have stayed here around 10 times or more times over the past 15 years.

We stayed in a junior suite. It was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the amenities in the room were great. The extra large room gave us the space we needed for a longer stay. The breakfast and executive lounge was a delight. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location was great. Close enough to Shinjuku City but enough space to provide a break from the hustle and bustle.

Large Hotel in the business and financial part of Shinjuko. Compared to the Hilton standard it has a higher level. The hotel is very large and very busy but the staff is really efficient. We stayed in a junior suite executive room on the 36th floor with access to the lounge. The room is large, wonderful view. Little space in the closets, to improve perhaps by eliminating a huge useless sofa that does not even serve as a third bed.

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location was fabulous, the staff is EXTREMELY helpful and professional, the free shuttle to the train station was very useful, the restaurants in the hotel were amazing, the room was perfection! When we checked in the front desk gave us a map of local restaurants. We tried many of them and all were great! Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. It made our vacation!

Its in Shinjuku but not the busy area. Quite peaceful stay. Its very near the Tokyo Met Building and near a park to stroll through. There are also free shuttle bus to take you to downtown shinjuku instead of walking. Overall a good stay as expected from Hilton. Staffs are really nice and happy to help. It is always busy and there’s always diff companies having events each night but it doesnt bother me. Executive lounge breakfast is decent enough to fill you through the first half of the day.
