1. Location - very convenient. 3-4 mins walk to Nishi Shinjuku subway station. This was our connecting point to airport & all site seeing in Tokyo. 2. Just 10-15 mins walk to Shinjuku station 3. Loads of food options in the street hotel is located (provided you are open to Japanese cuisine). For non Japanese food, plenty of options are around at a short distance 4. Apartment is perfect for a week or longer stay. Good beds, small kitchenette, washing machine to do your laundry & bathroom is fairly good sized. 5. Lots of convenience stores around the hotel.

A great place to stay for a holiday or work trip. I didn't use the kitchenette, but it was well-equipped. Great to have laundry facilities too. The shower/bath was great once I'd worked out how to use the digital controls. Incredibly comfy bed. I slept very well there! Views from my room were very urban and I can see some of the major skyscrapers. The cafe in the foyer sold delicious sandwiches and coffees for the morning. Fair prices too.

Nothing to complain about at all. The staff were very helpful. When the AC unit in my room was making a noise, they swiftly moved me to another identical room.

I love everything about this place!! I stayed 5 nights here with my elder sis, we love and enjoy this cozy little apartment very very much. Honestly, our first impression- it seems a bit pricey to us, but they provides FREE taxi that pick us up at Haneda Airport! Then when we arrived at the apartment, it was almost 12 midnight, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly security guard, he helped us through the check-in process. Then the cleanliness of the room is almost flawless! We stayed for 5 nights but they did room service for us on the 3rd day without extra charge! Most importantly, the location is unbeatable too!! Also, on the check-out day, they kindly let us store our luggage (4 big + 2 small pieces ) with them for free until 10pm! WOW!! The size of the apartment is a bit small, but it's in Tokyo! Not to mention it's located the center of Shinjuku! After the long walk in Tokyo everyday, we still feeling super comfortable while coming home to this little cozy apartment. There are lots of convenience stores, and restaurants near by. We especially love shopping at the supermarket named Olympic, it's just few blocks away. We got fresh Wagyu and other ingredients there, bring back and cooked it in the kitchen. I can't say enough good things about this property. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back in the future! It's well-worth every penny!

The location was very ideal—close to attractions, dining options, and convenient access to transportation. It made exploring the area so much easier. The amenities were top-notch and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel pampered. The room was immaculate, with modern decor and all the conveniences I could ask for. What truly stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always ready to address any questions or needs I had. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

So beautiful, spacious, spotless and brilliant customer service. 5 mins walk from Nishi-Shinjuku train station and 15 mins walk to the main Shinjuku station. It tool me weeks to find a spacious hotel, as Japans hotels are usually super small. This one is perfect, complete with kitchenette, microwave, washing machine/dryer, bathroom with batch tub. Very impressively clean & spotless. Nearby Food mart and restaurants just outside the hotel. I love it and I highly recommend. Thank you Oakwood!

The apartment was very modern and clean. It was great to have ammenities like a small kitchen and washing machine during our stay. I would recommend soaking in the bath and using the setting on the control panel that kept the water at a constant temperature. A relaxing way to end the day. The location to the train station, many places to eat around the apartment and a small supermarket across the road were also welcome.

Everything was good. It was handy that the apartment came with free wifi so that I could translate the labels and control panels so I could figure out how to use things.

The cleanliness is 5 star. Staff were very polite. Everything was perfect definitely we will come back to the same place. Close to everything 5 min walk to the station. 30 seconds to supermarket close to the center and in a quiet and clean place. The price was awesome compared to the location and service. They don’t have everyday cleaning but it wasn’t an issue for us. No breakfast and again no issues at all. The best thing is you will have a washer and dryer it helps a lot specially in summer time when you have to wash your clothes every day.

We love our 2 week stay in Oakwood Apartment: it was located on 12th floor with stunning city views, very comfy bed, clean, all amenities available. Bathroom with water room amazing. Lots of wardrobes available. Stuff very kind and accommodating. Great location, a few minutes walk to bus and train stops. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely recommend!

We stayed for 8 days on the 13th floor which I believe is one of the larger (largest?) units they offer. I was really impressed with the size of the apartment, a lot of westerners have told me spaces are smaller in Japan but that was definitely not a concern for us here. The kitchen + balcony are honestly nicer than my American apartment. I could see this space being suitable for a family of 4 as well, just need a bedding option for the living room. Personally I really liked the location, it's like a 10-15 walk from either the Shinjuku (immense, all connections) or Shin-Okubo (smaller, less busy) stations but it's far enough away from the core of Shinjuku to be calm and quiet. The staff really helped us out with showing us how to use the 2-in-1 washer+dryer and then again with a last minute luggage forwarding request which worked out perfectly. We may be back soon, that's how much I liked this place.

I would have liked the option to purchase more coffee pods. I checked like 5+ stores and didn't see them anywhere, single serving drip sachets seem to dominate the shelves in the stores. I know there's a Nespresso store around but I never got around to going so I just paid the $4 or whatever to buy the drippers lol

This was such a cute apartment! Perfect for two people with backpacks. We were there for a week, and it was so nice to have an actual apartment! The closet was big enough to hold our packs, and had a good amount of storage to hold our belongings. The fridge and freezer held a generous amount, having a washer/dryer was fantastic (it's also really quiet), and the bed was comfortable. It's also very bright with all of the other buildings at night, but they have good blackout curtains! If it's raining there are umbrellas in the lobby, check in/our was super easy, and it was a quick walk to the train station. People with food allergies: there's a grocery store across the street!!

It would be nice to have a little pamphlet or some explanation of how the garbage works. We just went down to reception and asked them about it though. The skillets didn't have handles which I thought was odd, but I was careful while cooking so it was okay.
