Very nice location in a fun Korean neighborhood 2mins away to 2 subways stations. Staff is very friendly and helpful Room pretty big compared to other more expensive hotels

The room is the bare minimum I guess. Small window; just one big too bright white lamp on the ceiling. Room old overall. No japanese toilet. The bathroom seems old also Beddings ok But worse the price

It was clean and the staff was courteous. The restroom was small and outdated but for the price it was good. Very close proximity to the train station made it easy to travel. Close to food vendors and small marts. We had 4 beds in our room and all four of our beds were comfy.

Both my sons rented their own rooms and said the beds were hard and close to the floor which gave my son back problems.

The hotel is situated quite near to Okubo station. There are lots of food choices within walking distance around the area. Shinjuku station is a good 20 mins of walking. The staff are friendly. Special mention of gratitude to Kim who is very helpful with our requests. Her service to us contributed to our wonderful trip in Tokyo.

The room walls are thin so you can hear noises from the hallway and even people's snores from adjacent rooms :) the bed is comfy but the pillows are of the hard type.

The location and value of this hotel is probably the best you'll get. It's small and a little out dated but for the price it's AMAZING. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, comfy and quiet. Being centrally located and next to two train stations is also a huge bonus. I've stayed here multiple times and do recommend!

Perfect location with reasonable price! 5 minutes walk to Shin Okubo station and 24 hours restaurant and convenient store. Staffs day/night shift were very supportive and they speak good English.

Hotel room had bath tub but not allowed to use, so it was difficult to walk in bathtub to shower. Better uninstall the bathtub and change to shower bathroom. There was no washlet!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are simple, but have everything you could need. The cafe connected is really nice too. Also liked that the will store your luggage for before and after checkout.

Great location with hundreds of restaurants within close walking distance. Very close to the train station giving easy access to the JR circular line. Staff were fantastic.

Location is perfect. Around 7 mins walk to Shin Okubo station and just 1 station away to Shinjuku. You can just also walk going to Korean Town and Shinjuku while exploring the area. A great location for shopping and there are so many restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. The room size is just okay.

Great location in a quiet street. Small room but very practical and comfortable for the price. Would recommend the place for budget travellers wishing to stay in Shinjuku area.
