The room is really good and comfortable. Great room, great bed, great bathroom, great location. Very worth it.

Extremely unfair the criticism of this hotel. Although the check-in is at a property 3min away from it (they don't have a reception desk where the rooms are), the rooms are GREAT!!!!!! Extremely worth it and very near the Okubo station. Only negative is there isnt any elevators but rooms are on the second floor. But the rooms are really good.

Got a feel of a traditional Japanese city Apartment vibe from hotel. Rooms were cleaned effectively every time we requested it cleaned. Walked in once on cleaner cleaning and he was actually cleaning everything in detail, which usually is skipped by hotels

The reception was not connected with the hotel

Has everything you might need. Our room even had a washing machine. The dryer was just an air dryer, but there's a coin laundry really close by.

There's no lift, so if you are on the second floor it is a bit difficult to get things up. It's a narrow stair.

Excellent location, quiet and very short walk to train station (2 mins to Shin-Okubo) Room was warm (it was winter) clean and comfortable featuring everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo. There were comfy big cushions provided to turn one of the beds into a big couch. Lovely hot shower and excellent bathroom facilities. Our expectations were exceeded at every level. Thank you very much!

Good budget accomodation for the family - we all enjoyed staying in the two rooms that we rented. The rooms were clean, well laid out and even had their own microwave and washing machine which were useful. Well priced and a very convenient location. I also left my phone in the room when I checked out and the staff were very helpful in me getting it back, thank you!

The location worked well for our itinerary. For the both of us, our travel combo - 1 big duffel and 1 big luggage, fit in the room. Conveniently near a train station, with plenty of establishments to go around. The front desk was accomodating. Instructions on how to use appliances was well translated.

Not a total 'didnt like', but comment on checkin/out setup. Reading up on this place ahead of time helps -- especially with going to a diff bldg nearby for front desk assist, and 10k ¥ deposit for any damages seen in room.

Location was great, central to Okubo and Shinjuku. Just out of the way enough to be quiet on a night.

A little small, but it’s to be expected in such a central location in Tokyo for the price we paid.

The location is good - near train stations, restaurants and shops.

The room we got was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. My husband and I had 4 big suitcases and it was so hard bringing them up then down.

amazing location! right near two train lines in the heart of town! so close to so much excitement. amazing block out blinds (but you can’t adjust them so it is dark all the time - great for sleeping but not super great for those times when you’re just hanging out)

probably the only thing I didn’t love were the pillows… they were fairly hard but I didn’t ask if there was an alternative which maybe I could have.

Overall great location! Super close to the train lines. Good deal for the price and overall had a very nice stay.
