Very Strategic Location: 1) The hotel is located 2 min walking from Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower Airport Limousine Bus Terminal. (Narita & Haneda). So it is super convenient. 2) The hotel is located at the central of shopping areas, restaurants, bar & etc. All within walking distance. 3) The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Main Train Station. Approximately 10 min walking distance. 4) The hotel is located within walking distance to many tourist attractions such as Godzilla Head (2-3 min), Omoide Yokocho (2-3 min), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (15-20 min), Giant 3D Cat (2-3 min), Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (15-20 min). Staff Friendliness: Staffs are very attentive, friendly, polite & professional. Most of them can communicate well in English. Room Cleanliness & Features: Room is quite small but very well equipped. The room is super clean & bright. The shower water pressure is strong & hot water is good. The bed is comfort. There is a small sofa with a table in the room which is very convenient. Breakfast : There is plenty of variety of food in the buffet breakfast. Hot & cold dishes & drinks are available. View from the hotel room: Great city view. Can see Godzilla Head from the hotel room.
Nil. May be a bit pricey.

Location!!! Cant beat the location of this hotel. Smoking area ia right outside the hotel. Shinjuku banned smoking on streets. Location is 1min to all the food you can thjnk off. 5mins walk to shinuku station.
The carpet of the corridor of my level was so smelly. It was a mixture of old musky carpet mixed with sanitizing spray or something. It was so strong.. It was unpleasant. The rooms were v old and tired. Bed is comfortable. Toilet was older, apa hotels have bettee toilets. But I cared more about my location thus i chose this hotel.

Great Location, close to East and North gate of Shinkjuku Station. If your plans are to travel to Harajuku, Shibuya or any of the stations among the Yamanote line, this place is most convenient. It is also minutes away from Shinku crossing (to see the digital cat) the Godzilla building, Omoide Yokocho, and Kabukicho. The room space of the twin & double room (none smoking) was enough for our needs and had a great view of the city.
The second room we booked was meant to be a none smoking and they ware able to amend this quickly.

We had lovely customer service at arrival (although it is a bit disconcerting to have to go down to the lower level to check in). We liked the location a lot. Even though this hotel is located in the active and somewhat noisy Shinjuku area, we never heard a thing from our 13th floor room - they have excellent soundproofing. There is convenient access to the Shinjuku train station across the street, but beware - this is a huge, complicated station so allow a lot of time to find your way where you need to go once you are inside the station. Loved having a view of Godzilla from our window and the restaurants in the area were varied and excellent. I was very glad I added the daily breakfast to our reservation. It wasn't cheap, but it was a very good breakfast buffet with tons of options (both traditional American/European items as well as some Japanese and Chinese type breakfast foods). I traveled with my young adult daughter and this hotel was one of the more reasonable ones with two twin beds as an option. The room was small (expected), but also clean and reasonably well appointed. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and slippers.
Finding our way back to the hotel from inside Shinjuku Station was frustrating. We never did figure out how to find our way back to the hotel from inside; inevitably had to go outside and use Google Maps to walk there outside. There are two station entrances within a block of the hotel which was convenient when leaving the hotel - but when we returned, we never could find our way back to those two entrances! Some hotel signage inside the station would be helpful, but probably too much to ask for - there is already an overwhelming amount of directional signage in this station.

The check-in staff were wonderful. They always had one english speaker available. The rooms are what is to be expected in Shinjuku, although our 3-bed room was more spacious than other hotels we've stayed at in that area. The view of the Shinjuku-Seibu tracks was great to train watch. Very convenient to Shinjuku Station, although it's in Kabukicho, so if you are taking the NEX then it's a bit o f a walk. It's super convenient to the Metro Maruouchi line though, so convenient if you want to get to Tokyo Station, etc. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
Honestly, not much.

Price-wise, the hotel is great value for its location, the location alone is worth more than other hotels. It is located in Shinjuku's prime area above Seibu-Shinjuku, within walking distance to JR Shinjuku, across Tokyo Kabukicho Tower (which has an airport limousine bus located). You can access the Subnade shopping mall underground and Muji and Hands'sBe also in the Pepe shopping mall same building to the hotel. The amenities can be re-order by the QR code, you can re-order the water, facial cream free of charge for unlimited time. My room's window can not be open, however the air purifier in the room not feel that uncomfortable. A tips, you can put the luggage under the bed to reserve more space for your stay, since all the hotel room in the Japan is small.
I got to the hotel by car (car rental) and needed to drop off my luggage and family. At first the security did not allow us to park and get into the lobby to check in, due to the limited parking area. However, after Google translated, we were able to drop the luggage and people to check in. It is not that bad but you may need to keep in mind that not all hotel workers can speak English, sometimes you may need to prepare the Google translate beforehand.

The rooms we booked for this trip were Deluxe Twin and we were given 24F, the highest floor. This gave convenience as we were able to get into elevator easily during the busy check-out time.
The layout of the room is not as good as the one we had in our previous trip in 2024. We requested Twin-bedded but there was not gap in between. Also we would rather have the small sofa than two chairs which occupy a lot of space. I will make sure to request for the other layout (ie one with small sofa) should I choose Shinjuku Prince again. Also the quality of slippers is very bad compared to other hotels.

Great location close to the heart of Shinjuku shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were big for Japan. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were Pola Brand and so nice I went and bought some. Close to convenient stores and 4 elevators so you never had to wait long. Friendly staff and quiet hotel.
The hotel controls the room temp and it’s set at 24 degrees C which is the coolest it will go. Even when I turned everything off, and the outside temperature being an average of 0 degrees C. My room would not cool down any more. The control in the room only adjusts heating. The hotel did provide me with a fan though which helped a lot. So if controlling your own room temp is important to you this might not be the hotel for you. The Shinjuku station is hard to navigate though so it gets to be a bit of a chore. Staying near a smaller station I think would be more convenient.
