Very Strategic Location: 1) The hotel is located 2 min walking from Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower Airport Limousine Bus Terminal. (Narita & Haneda). So it is super convenient. 2) The hotel is located at the central of shopping areas, restaurants, bar & etc. All within walking distance. 3) The hotel is located close to Shinjuku Main Train Station. Approximately 10 min walking distance. 4) The hotel is located within walking distance to many tourist attractions such as Godzilla Head (2-3 min), Omoide Yokocho (2-3 min), Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (15-20 min), Giant 3D Cat (2-3 min), Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (15-20 min). Staff Friendliness: Staffs are very attentive, friendly, polite & professional. Most of them can communicate well in English. Room Cleanliness & Features: Room is quite small but very well equipped. The room is super clean & bright. The shower water pressure is strong & hot water is good. The bed is comfort. There is a small sofa with a table in the room which is very convenient. Breakfast : There is plenty of variety of food in the buffet breakfast. Hot & cold dishes & drinks are available. View from the hotel room: Great city view. Can see Godzilla Head from the hotel room.

Nil. May be a bit pricey.

Location!!! Cant beat the location of this hotel. Smoking area ia right outside the hotel. Shinjuku banned smoking on streets. Location is 1min to all the food you can thjnk off. 5mins walk to shinuku station.

The carpet of the corridor of my level was so smelly. It was a mixture of old musky carpet mixed with sanitizing spray or something. It was so strong.. It was unpleasant. The rooms were v old and tired. Bed is comfortable. Toilet was older, apa hotels have bettee toilets. But I cared more about my location thus i chose this hotel.

High level room. Large space & king size bed. BUT construction noise on floors in pur vicinity was terrible, especially if relaxing in afternoon heat. Not right to pay full high price per night and construction noise - WRONG- Should GET a partial REFUND... lessened enjoyment of property.

Also hotel ordered cab but didn't ensure cab driver knew how to get to Yokohama Cruise Port... a maximum cab ride turned in $200.00

The staff are quite friendly and extremely polite. They're helpful and are so professional. The room was comfortable for a single person. There are even air purifier, which I felt extremely luxurious. It was so cozy to sleep and the air was well circulated and refreshed. I loved the hotel location very much. Close to the station and popular attractions. It was also lovely to see the lively nights from above, as the room view was spectacular.

Nothing. If I really have to mention, then perhaps the variety of dinner and breakfast options. The buffet had same options everyday, and for someone looking for halal food, my options are even more limited. Also, a closet in the room could have made my life a lot easier, especially for a stay longer than 3 days.

Lovely location. It is within walking distance of the heart of Shinjuku. Within 2-3 minutes, you can catch a train or the airport limousine bus service. Just above the hotel, there is an entire complex of stores, including Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, etc. Just in front of the hotel, there is a vibrant street of food outlets that comes alive at night. There is a seven eleven just outside the hotel. From our room (2107), I could see the iconic Godzilla head. The room and the bed were super comfortable. The washroom had a cosy little bathtub. Carpets were clean and dusted and the room had all the amenities needed. Sadly we did not try the restaurant and the spa but they looked lovely. The buffet was packed with guests so I assume it was good. The highlight of our stay was the super amazing and friendly staff. The senior guy at the front desk carefully brought the luggage to our room and was acting very respectable. We both felt at ease with comfort and respect at the hotel. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

The room was a little small for the price you pay but honestly after staying in about 5 hotels during my visit to Japan, I find the room manageable. The one thing was that I had to pay an extra 200 yen per person as a city tax which was charged in any other hotel I stayed and no such thing was mentioned to me at the time of booking. The rest is all awesome!

We had a great stay at the Prince Hotel. The hotel is in a the midst of a central area in the Shinjuku district, with close access to lots of shopping, dining and public transportation. The hotel felt clean and recently renovated, all amenities in the room worked well. Our room (on 17th floor) was very quiet, even though located above busy train tracks. Godzilla Head and Memory Lane are within a few minutes' walk, and the Metropolitan Government building maybe 15 min walk. Highly recommend the restaurant in the photo attached, amazing seared bonito fish sashimi and nice atmosphere, a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The area around the hotel, while having many things to do, is also very crowded and can be overwhelming. The blocks to the north-east of the hotel have lots of strip clubs and adult establishments, families with children may want to avoid this area and explore other directions from the hotel which are more family-friendly. Overall though, all areas around the hotel felt safe to walk around.

Location was perfect, hustle & bustle of Shinjuku but quiet room, 7/11 just around the corner, McDonalds across road if needed, easy walk to Golden Gai bar area, lots & lots of shops, right above/next to station but google maps seemed not to send us there for any trips we took! Room was a good size, bigger than expected for Tokyo, with good storage (hanging & drawers) so could unpack & relax. Very firm bed, which I LOVED (husband tolerated). Large area to put suitcases, long desk/bench with mini bar under, couple of chairs & side table, all much appreciated. Lashed out on fancy dinner in FUGA restaurant & bar on top floor. Was well worth the cost - delicious 7 course Teppanyaki dinner in fine dining atmosphere, with magnificent views of Tokyo skyline (including Godzilla head!). Big thank you to Mr Saito who helped me out with tastings of different Japanese whiskeys so I could decide what I liked.

The plastic capsule bathroom was a bit down-market for this type & price of hotel, and not having a shelf anywhere in bathroom was difficult for someone who wears glasses - I had to leave them on basin outside bathroom (I didn't want to put them on toilet lid or floor). Stepping down from bathroom to room level isn't easy when you can't see the floor! Breakfast was expensive and not good quality or many choices. Did it once & not again. Hated having to sit on line of chairs outside breakfast room like naughty school kids waiting for a table, when there seemed to be many tables available.
