Excellent location, 3 min walk from airport limo bus stop, 5 min from Shinjuku stn. Lawson convenience store next door. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Hotel reception staff welcoming and helpful. Hotel recently renovated, my room with 4 beds was spacious and 3 suitcases can open easily. Drinking water bottles provided. Big TV screen. House keeping only done every 2 days but can change fresh towels every day. My room has window but view looks out to another building. Overall great experience and will stay there again. A compact 3 star hotel within easy reach of places.

The hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku which in turn is the heart of Tokyo. 2 minutes away from the train station - yes, that train station where people get lost. Muhahaha :D Tonnes of food options on your doorstep and Golden-Gai just 15 minutes away when sober.
The staff must improve their language skills. Basically, only two receptionists could speak good English - the trainee guy (you'll go far, my good man) and the lady in her 30s (I guess 30s). Considering that Japan is trying to attract more tourists nowadays and Shinjuku is some sort of Mecca, the language proficiency must be at the level. Perhaps, the Western style breakfast option could be reworked too. Broth is normally not part of a typical breakfast in the West. Instead, yoghurt is, for instance.

Location is close to Shinjuku station depending where you exit from the station. If you exit from west, it is about 5 mins walking distance to hotel. It is also 7 mins walk from hotel to Shinjuku express highway bus station which is the main reason for us to reserve at this hotel. The room is spacious as we booked a triple sharing room. Lots of restaurants and shopping with walking distance and best of all, Lawson is just next door.
The room is not well sound proof. Another minor to add, it would be better if they have additional wall mirror, as at now, only bathroom mirror available. At the same time, we could also hear talking noise from the street though we stay on the 4th floor. Luckily, the street noise is just short time.

I think this is one of the closest hotels to Shinjuku station — 10 min walk to Shinjuku bus station, 4 minutes walk to the airport limousine bus stop (Haneda and Narita), and access to rhe JR and Metro station is just 3 minutes walk through an underground walkway. Offers quadruple rooms, which is rare. The rooms are surprisingly large enough — there was room enough for our suitcases and we could move around. The bathroom was spacious — the toilet had a bidet and the shower/bath was also big enough; there was also a lot of space to put your toiletries. The location is excellent — so many restaurants, pharmacies and a Yodobashi store nearby (one to two blocks away). They have a free ice machine on the 3rd floor and a drinks vending machine; there is a coin- operated washing machine and a separate dryer. There have a pillow service, so you can choose whether you want a hard or soft pillow. There are toothbrushes, hand soap, nice shampoo and conditioner that made our hair soft in the room and you can get additional toiletries like face moisturiser at the lobby. There is a Lawsons beside the hotel and a 7-11 is on the next block. There is a small fridge in the room. I think this hotel is underrated and we were not expecting much but were were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.
Wish their garbage bin was a bit bigger but this is not a deal- breaker. Huge TV but only had Japanese channels so we did not use it.

1- Near a Natural Lawson (good for vegans) + a regular Lawson 2- Walkable distance to train station with the limousine bus terminal on top floor. The station has a floor dedicated to taxi pickups/drop-offs and a floor for limo buses to other locations like the airport or Fuji. It's relatively easy to navigate. 3- Despite being in a very bustling area, the hotel is quiet 4- Room has air filter machine (easy to use with ENG settings as well)
1- No fan/ventilation in the bathroom. There's even a sign saying don't leave the bathroom door open while bathing as the steam from the shower can accidentally trigger the fire alarm. 2- Because of location, lots of alleyways and narrow streets to navigate. Slightly tricky. (You can ask the front desk for directions: they're helpful and even provide a map for you.)

Relatively spacious hotel with a nice location close to Shinjuku station. This was helpful because we walked there with our luggage to the Shinjuku bus terminal to catch the airport shuttle to Haneda. Being on the west side of the station, it's a bit quieter while still being close to the action. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Next to a Lawson, as well as near many restaurants which are just across the street. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Two bottles of water were included on the first day we arrived. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Minor detail: there are two lifts that go to the same floors for the hotel, each separately controlled. That means that often times it was fastest to call both lifts while waiting and sometimes it meant both lift doors opened if they arrived at the same time. All this is to say that if multiple floors are doing this, it could mean longer wait times.

Obviously the location, but also the refurnished room and facilities. I always stayed in Kadoya during my visit to Tokyo but haven't been doing it since Covid. This visit is a nice surprised for me to see the changes they did on the room, lobby, even the manners and warm service at the reception. Well done! One of the little highlight are the body shampoo, shampoo and conditioner are, as always, the best - they are for sale for us to bring home too
The fact that my room is next to the linen room is not idle to be awaken by the housekeeping team doing their early morning chores

The hotel had kindly assigned our 3 rooms (2 Twin & 1 Single) booked to be on the same floor and really near to each other which was a huge bonus! We look the excellent location of the hotel as it's really convenient to move around Shinjuku station, The Metropolitan Government building and nearby reastaurants /cafe /Lawson and 7 Eleven is within walking distance! The washing machine and dryer is a huge bonus for us too and for the Airport limo bus, it's within walking distance too. The bed was really comfy and great size for 2 adults and the shower was really powerful too which is another bonus after a whole day of shopping and walking!
The only improvement we would like is the room's carpet which should be vacuum or clean better, however the bedroom slipper comes in handy as I am really particular to step on hotel bedroom carpet if it's not clean properly.

Double beds were large
We booked for 5 across two rooms but only two double beds. Luckily beds were large so we fitted three kids in one quite comfortably.

The location was fantastic, close to Shinjuku Station and restaurants. 11am checkout. The staff were very accommodating, we could leave our bags there after we checked out and they helped with booking a restaurant for us. The laundry was the best one we used in our two weeks in Japan. They provided fresh towels and new bins by hanging the used towels in a bag outside the room so they didn't need to come in the room if you didn't require them to. We had a family of four in the room, and it was fine. A little tight with suitcases but what room isn't with 4. We would definitely stay again.
