It was in a convenient location close to the station and other points of interest. The staff were nice and there were convenience stores and restaurants in the building. The check in and check out process was easy as well.

Although the rooms were comfortable and we expected them to be small, we didn’t expect the bathroom to be so tiny. It was difficult to get in and out of the tub because of how high it was. Although housekeeping did a good job of tidying up everyday, there was a lot of dust in the room from before we even checked into our room.

Hotel is walkable above or under Shinjuku station. Also within walking distance of the Shinjuku shopping district. Airport bus stops directly in front of hotel. Convenient store, florist and few eateries in the basement. There is a 'cloak room' for temporary storage of luggage using suica card. Generous variety and amount of toiletries including face mask, cleansing oil etc FOC at lobby. Staff helpfulness varies. Room is small per Japan city standard. Aged but relatively clean.

We had to check in at counter then moved to kiosk to register and pay. Room carpet needs deep cleaning.

It’s an easy walk to shinjuku station. The hotel is very big so there are a lot of people but they have enough elevators so no need to wait long. There’s a family mart where you can grab some quick food.

The hotel room is a bit small and if you have lots of luggage it could be pretty full. None the less we only used the room for sleeping so it was pretty good

Great hotel! Seems very popular since it's big. There are lots of restaurants options within the building itself. There's a family mart and pharmacy within the building too. Location wise, there's a tunnel down to Shinjuku station nearby, though it's a fair bit of a walk to get to the actual station. The hub and the crowds are usually on the other side of Shinjuku, where Kabukicho is, so if you want the vibrant busy type location, this is not the right area. The area of the hotel is near offices and government building, so they close some part of the tunnels exits at a certain late hours. Rooms are an OK size, expected for a hotel in Tokyo. Not that much room for multiple big luggages. What I love about the hotel is the baggage lockers. You can keep your luggage before and after checkout at their self service lockers, very handy. The hotel are also helpful with receiving/sending luggages to other part of Japan. Overall a great short stay.

In walking distance to/from the Shinjuku station, some good food options on level 1 and 2. Easy access to taxi and airport limousine services.

I had to upgrade from the single room as it is so small that I immediately felt claustrophobic once I entered. No room service for food but very quick to respond when you need other amenities such as an iron.

The property was in a fantastic location only a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. The building has plenty of food options including Family Mart, Lawsons, Quick Mart, and 7-11. The staff were lovely and the room was a decent size. Was a very comfortable stay especially for the two weeks that we spent there.

In the beginning there was a little mess around with the room as the building was undergoing maintenance during our stay. The staff upgraded our room to the Annex which is only a short 1-2 ninute walk from the main Shinjuku Washington Hotel. The hotel says that they will clean your room every 4 days however it had been a while since ours was cleaned but there are signs to put on your door asking for different services.

Excellent location. Tiny box room but spotless. Excellent mattress and bedding. Good amenities and facilities in the room. 99% of staff excellent. Did not have breakfast in the hotel.

The lack of space in the tiny room. A smaller bed for single occupant would have freed up space. Not enough hanging or storage space, especially for a 6 night stay. A single sachet of coffee and green tea is a tad "tight". I had to ask housekeeping for more. Ms Toyoda in reception lobby was very rude to me. Spoke to two managers about the issue. Quite shocked at her attitude.

Very fancy amenities and I loved the supply of pyjamas and beauty products. A bath tub and shower included in female single room. Laundry facilities available. Good location in shinjuku Very near the station.

The bed was a little bit hard.

It was a clean hotel with basic amenities. It is about a 20 minute walk from the Shinjuku Station from the streets, but there are several subway access points near the hotel that take you to the station. Overall it's a good hotel.

It was a little confusing on where the entrance to the hotel was. Hotel reception area is on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people walking in the hallways. Hotel sounds to be frequent by businessmen.

Convenient walk from Shinjuku station. Seconds from the Metropolitan government bldg observation deck. Close to everything. Hotel showing a bit of wear. Bed comfy, great shower and products. Forwarded our luggage for us to Osaka.. Would definitely stay again.
