location is great. It is just few steps to Tochomae station, which we can access to Metropolian building for a short visit. The hotel is near a beautiful park with waterfall and beautiful vibe. The staff is responsively in messages if we need help, and offers alternative solutions.

we were struggled at the check-in time as there was no one in the front desk to support the process. And the weather was super hot (July). The internet was so slow and then freezed.

Room size is good compared to the options nearby. It has a wooden table which is useful. Staff is very helpful and supportive.

Besides the room size, bathroom is too small. Also, the checkin could be more user-friendly, specially because the reception does not work 24h as a hotel should be. It is more like an airbnb. Considerable walk until shinjuku station.

For price was good, fairly quite and nice location on quite side of Shinjuku. More like a small appartment rather than hotel. Lucky person was there otherwise you have to checkin via a screen.

Basic room, bathroom very tiny (we are in Toyko though!), rooms not cleaned whilst there (we were there for 11 nights) though clean towels were provided if put out box and small bin to empty your room bin to. 2 nights after 12am person upstairs sounded like moving furniture around.

the staff didnt speak english, we didnt know this. it wasnt really a problem because we managed to understand each other and everything went smoothly.

Good place, easy check in, clean, and exactly what was advertised with no surprises. Friendly staff member was very helpful, everything worked well.

Not much in the immediate area for a tourist, a bit of a walk with our luggage to the train station, but a smarter traveller than me would probably figure that out when looking at the location on the map!

I walked from Shinjuku after a movie. Very near. Spacious.

Be careful using Google maps to get here. If I had chosen the first suggested way, I won't find it. I chose a longer,by the road way, and stumbled across it, even though the Google Maps asked me to go further.

The location was top very close to subway and bus! We were in the first floor which we were lucky as we were with heavy luggage and they seem not to have lift.

The bathroom was a bit cramp. However, it was funtional. Also the room has a very small mirror would have been great to have a proper mirror.

The location was convenient. In walking distance to several stations. Also close to several convenience stores. Property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. WiFi was good. Clean towels if you wished. Bathroom was tight but manageable!

Would’ve been great to be provided with a fresh rubbish bin bag daily :)

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We encountered difficulties with our baggages, but she has been helping us the whole time, and is able to contact instantly directly. She tops the whole experience when we were stressed.

It depends on your need and your plan. It’s close to the subway, but kinda far from the crowd area of the Shinjuku. I like the quiet, yet maybe some people like to shop till late night.
