This is a comfortable and quiet place to stay, perfect to come back to after being in the busy streets of Tokyo for the day. The room was a good size 2 people, and there are many amenities which you can take advantage of including free laundry machines, umbrellas, and tea/coffee. Hosts were fantastic and a real highlight of staying here - they were very accomodating and helped us with everything we needed including organising Yamato baggage delivery to our next hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here!

It is a 10-min walk to two subway stations, but it is also possible to walk to main spots of Shinjuku. Free coffee capsules and laundry are great! The owner allowed us to leave the lugagge after the check-out.

It is a bit difficult to carry the luggage down and up the stairs. There is a light strange smell in the underground room.

It was spacious and had separate areas For living and bathroom. Close to the train station with good working aircon. Hosts were friendly/helpful and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. Close to 7/11 which was good for supplies.

Very nice and spacious studio with two comfortable beds, kitchenette, fridge, microwave a quiet air conditioning and full bathroom. The place was very quiet and clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a washing machine downstairs that comes with detergent and is free to use. There is also a drier in the basement. The studio is located 10 min walk from shinjuku station. Highly recommend .

Everything was great.

The location was great. Not too far from two metro stations. Only 1 exit away from Shinjuku station so close but didn’t have to deal with the madness of that station. Outside are two vending machines and an 7/11 is about an 5 min walk which we frequented after each day. Our hosts were amazing! They helped forward our luggage’s to our next accommodation. Also it’s so nice having the washer and dryer available to use. There were 3 or 4 machines available. Detergent is already in the machines but there is one machine without detergent if you would like to use your own.

The couple who run this place are so so so lovely!! My partner had an injured leg, so the owner helped me carry our luggage up and down the stairs (there is no elevator), helped us get a taxi, gave us local restaurant recommendations, etc. The facilities in the room were awesome too - aircon, tv, and a kitchen area which had everything you could need like cleaning products, pots/pans for the stove, bottled water, coffee machine, tea. It was also super close to a 7/11, like 2 minutes walk

The location is a bit out of the busy part of the city in a quiet area, but it’s in a great spot if that’s what you’re looking for! It was about a 20 min walk to Shinjuku station where the main part of the city starts, and there was also a metro station about 5 mins walk away.

This apartment was excellent! Very quiet, yet right in the heart of Nishishinjuku and close to public transport and shops. The setuup of the room was great. There was a Nescafe coffee pod machine which was a fabulouls bonus after a long day! There was also a big washing machine and dryer. Excellent bathroom! The staff were very helpful and even went out on the street to flag down a taxi for us! I only wish I had stayed longer but will definately stay there again.

Our stay at Studio Inn Nishi was a pleasant experience overall. The location is ideal, situated between Shinjuku (just a 25-minute walk) and Shibuya (about a 35-minute walk), making it easy to explore some of Tokyo's most vibrant neighborhoods. Additionally, the proximity to the Keio line metro station and bus stop made getting around the city hassle-free. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient for picking up supplies. One of the standout features of Studio Inn Nishi is the free and reliable common washing machine and dryer, which made laundry a breeze during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, with excellent English communication, which made the check-in process and any queries smooth and stress-free. Overall, Studio Inn Nishi is a great choice for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and a welcoming host in Tokyo.

The only downside we encountered was that we had booked a room in the basement. While the room was comfortable, it did have some humidity, so if you're sensitive to that, it's worth upgrading to a ground-floor room for a better experience.

Hosts were very helpful - we had some issues with a credit card and despite it being late in the evening they allowed us to use their phone to contact our bank. Our rooms were well equipped and we were able to cook several meals to reduce costs. The washing machine and dryer in the downstairs laundry were free to use and easy to operate. The location was convenient to several stations and multiple convenience stores. There was a lovely little cafe just outside that sold the most delicious fruit and cream sandwiches.

Our room was on the 2nd floor which was only accessible via stairs. We didn't have an issue with it but some guests might have problems if they had large bags or found it difficult to navigate stairs.
