This is a comfortable and quiet place to stay, perfect to come back to after being in the busy streets of Tokyo for the day. The room was a good size 2 people, and there are many amenities which you can take advantage of including free laundry machines, umbrellas, and tea/coffee. Hosts were fantastic and a real highlight of staying here - they were very accomodating and helped us with everything we needed including organising Yamato baggage delivery to our next hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here!

It is a 10-min walk to two subway stations, but it is also possible to walk to main spots of Shinjuku. Free coffee capsules and laundry are great! The owner allowed us to leave the lugagge after the check-out.

It is a bit difficult to carry the luggage down and up the stairs. There is a light strange smell in the underground room.

It was spacious and had separate areas For living and bathroom. Close to the train station with good working aircon. Hosts were friendly/helpful and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. Close to 7/11 which was good for supplies.

The host was very helpful and nice. He even prepared materials which showed nearby places for breakfast and other meals, as well as nearby attractions and how to go around. The accomodation is located within a few minutes walk of the nearest train station (Hatsudai) and is in a quiet neighborhood. It helped a lot that there's a laundry room with dryers within the building, which the host will teach you on how to use as well. The room was very comfortable and clean, and even has a dehumidifier/air purifier, electric kettle and coffee pods, tea bags and rice crackers provided in the room. I enjoyed my stay very much here, and will come back to stay the next time I visit Tokyo again.

Host was very helpful. Gave us an overview of walking distance attractions and recommended food + many amenities. Free laundry and drying. Helped us with contacting Yamato for delivery arrangements. Room has pretty decorations - cosy - and is about the average size for room you can expect in tokyo so I'd say good value for money. Location is a 10 min walk from Hatsudai station. The lock has a manual lock from inside as well as key so very safe. Airconditioning works too. Lovely stay!!!! Also everything was clean and washed - bathroom especially - found no mould.

Toilet had a funny smell but honestly that's normal and you can't smell it if you just spray it a bit. It's just the drainage smell, not too bad.

The location was great. Not too far from two metro stations. Only 1 exit away from Shinjuku station so close but didn’t have to deal with the madness of that station. Outside are two vending machines and an 7/11 is about an 5 min walk which we frequented after each day. Our hosts were amazing! They helped forward our luggage’s to our next accommodation. Also it’s so nice having the washer and dryer available to use. There were 3 or 4 machines available. Detergent is already in the machines but there is one machine without detergent if you would like to use your own.

We stayed here, three times over our three weeks in Japan. A really good place to stay. They were very obliging in the times you wanted to check in. Also kept our bags when we went on an overnight to Hakone. 20 minutes walk into the craziness of Shinjuku Station from where you can get every where. The unit was a good size for two people and very clean and tidy. Had everything you could need. Microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and other kitchen utensils in case you wanted to make use of the amazing selection from the local 7 Eleven. Hatsudai station was only 5 minutes walk away. Entry is through the Opera City building. Turn left out of the unit, then walk to the main rd, turn right and cross the next main rd then walk to the left and take the first entry into the Opera City building then follow the signs to the station. Tochomae Station can be accessed under the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, about a 10 minute walk away, and is also a good spot for starting your journey around Tokyo. We would definitely recommend this place and return if we are back in Tokyo. Only request would be a Small stool in the passage way to sit on while putting tour shoes on.

As a mature person, it would be handy to have a stool outside the door to put your shoes on.

Very nice and spacious studio with two comfortable beds, kitchenette, fridge, microwave a quiet air conditioning and full bathroom. The place was very quiet and clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a washing machine downstairs that comes with detergent and is free to use. There is also a drier in the basement. The studio is located 10 min walk from shinjuku station. Highly recommend .

Everything was great.

The couple who run this place are so so so lovely!! My partner had an injured leg, so the owner helped me carry our luggage up and down the stairs (there is no elevator), helped us get a taxi, gave us local restaurant recommendations, etc. The facilities in the room were awesome too - aircon, tv, and a kitchen area which had everything you could need like cleaning products, pots/pans for the stove, bottled water, coffee machine, tea. It was also super close to a 7/11, like 2 minutes walk

The location is a bit out of the busy part of the city in a quiet area, but it’s in a great spot if that’s what you’re looking for! It was about a 20 min walk to Shinjuku station where the main part of the city starts, and there was also a metro station about 5 mins walk away.
