The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. The location is 5 minutes walk to Kayabacho and about 10 minutes walk to Nihonbashi Station (with direct connection to Narita Terminal). There are convenience stores nearby.

As expected, the room is a bit small, and you need to place a "clean this room" sign for the hotel staff to clean up your room, fix your bed, and replace toiletries.

Location: Near Train stations (15 minute train ride going to Tokyo Disneyland) A lot of convenience stores( 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart) Tried walking around the vicinity and found local grocery and cute stores for buying cute stuffs. There is Yoshinoya and HanaMaruUdon at one train exit- Kayabacho Room: good enough for two. Nice room and bathroom. Clean towels and beddings. Staff: Very helpful. Just inform them of the late check in and they will be there to assist. We all had a great stay!!

If your flight back to your home country is late at night - check out is at 10am- I just don’t know if they can accomodate your request to leave your luggages and do some last minute shopping around the place. It would be convenient to leave luggages after check out, but you can ask for late check for addition 1000 yen.

The staff are helpful, especially a Vietnamese young girl :) There are some convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel.

The dryers in the laundry don't work well. The clothes are not dry even after 3 drying cycles of 30 minutes.

I really loved my stay here. You get a single room with bathroom. I thought everything was perfect. You could get fresh towels, a fresh Pyjama, toothbrush.... You can also wash your clothes. The staff went out of their way to help me. Walking distance from the metro.

hotel was clean, nice & comfy bed, located in the business area (but if you're not in business trip, need to walk 10 mins to the nearest subway station)

The hotel didn't have 24 hours English speaking staff, so be prepared with a translator app

First and only hotel in Japan I found with blinds that actually block all the sun light, just wonderful

the location was in the center of Tokyo, near to train station, Ginza area, and Tsukiji market. the neighborhood also is very fancy and quiet is a plus.
