The hotel is conveniently located close to ningyocho metro station, just 2 minutes away on foot. Ningyocho metro has 2 exits, one on the same side as the hotel and the other is across the road which has an elevator. Our twin room is more spacious than the other Tokyo hotels that we've stayed in so far. There is walking space between the beds (1 single and one double) unlike the other accommodations with the twin beds next to each other with no gap between them. There is also barely any space to open luggage for those Tokyo hotels. Hotel Nihonbashi Saibo compared to them is like heaven to us. It is very generous with the variety of free toiletries. There's also free ice creams at the lobby for guests to help themselves. Free laundry & dryer for guests to use, just need to pay ¥100 for the laundry detergent. It has a luggage elevator so guests needn't lug them down the staircase from the hotel entrance to the lobby. The staff are helpful, especially Abhishek-san. He was very courteous, polite, cheerful and helpful. He even helped us to make a dinner reservation. He's an asset to the hotel, we hope to see him again if we return to Tokyo. We highly recommend the hotel to visitors to Tokyo.

None that we could think of

The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a good business hotel in Japan: sufficiently clean, convenient, comfortable. Nothing extraordinary, but reliable. The location is also quite good if you are coming from Narita Airport since you can get there with one train line using the Keisei Line, and it is quite central, not being too far from most places people would want to visit in Tokyo. Some nice bonuses for this hotel were having complementary iced-cream bites in the lobby and a yakitori restaurant in the basement, perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a long journey.

The rooms were slightly small, but standard for business hotels. Also, because we were a party of three, we had to sleep in two separate rooms, which hurt the cost-effectiveness aspect of this hotel a little bit. (However, there are very few inexpensive hotels accomodating more than two people in Tokyo, so it is understandable.)

Location, very close to Ningyocho train station and not far from popular areas such as Ginza. Also, a fairly quiet area compared to many other parts of Tokyo, but there was enough happening/enough activity to make it interesting. It's a nice location. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

My daughters accidentally left some items in their room, but when I rang the hotel two days after we checked out, they said they had no record of them. (They were definitely left in the room).

Room was small but not claustrophobic compared to other hotels. There were lots of free toiletries/stuff such as shower caps, ear plugs, hair ties combs toothbbrushes which was nice. There were also different japanese shampoos and conditioners if you wanted to try them(there is also shampoo and conditioner already in your room) staff is friendly. Bed is pretty firm but i like firm beds so not an issue for me, but could be an issue for someone who likes soft beds For the price per night, this was a pretty good place!

some staff dont speak english which makes explaining a more complex situation difficult

I was surprised by the amenities the hotel had! There was a conveyor belt where you could put your luggage on instead of carrying it down the stairs. At the reception floor, there was free ice cream and a table with a plethora of hygiene amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving gel, ear swabs, bath salts, and more! Hotel Nihonbashi even had a laundry room which came in handy. And on top of everything I just mentioned, they allow you to leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge even after you check-out.

The bed mattress was too firm for me, but it wasn’t unbearable. What was more important was that my room was clean and quiet.

Helpful and friendly staff, wide choice of toiletries available in the reception area, comfortable bed, laundry facilities in the hotel, the room is clean and pretty quiet in general except for some strange repetitive noises at night. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with quick access to the metro. There's a breakfast option in the hotel that you don't have to book in advance.

The room is super tiny and doesn't allow to open more than one medium and one small suitcase at once - and if you do manage that, there's no floor left to walk on. There's no place for storing things, we had to keep everything on the desk. A few more hooks for clothes would also be nice. We tried the Japanese breakfast once, it was interesting and okay but not very fulfilling for the price.

The location is amazing, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance to both Tokyo Station and Akihabara. It made exploring the city so convenient! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide range of bathroom essentials available, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Tokyo. It offers great value, comfort, and convenience!

I have nothing to complain about

Fantastic hotel. Very clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, AC, free WIFI, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Heating toilet with bidet functions. Mini fridge for storing snacks and a water heater are provided as well. It is very quiet during the night. They also provide room cleaning service if youre staying 4 or more nights. Two washing and drying machines are there as well should you need to wash your clothes. They sell capsules for washing machine at the front desk. They also provide all necessities for free in the lobby should you need them, everything from coffee, milk creamer, razer for shaving, mouthwash, toothbrushes and so much more. There is a 7-11 store working 24 hours right next to the hotel. If that was not enough, the subway station is only five minutes away by walk which will get you to other parts of Tokyo. Their front reception is also working for 24 hours should you need them. Elevator is present. I mean, this place is simply superb, theres is simply no reason not to go here. I deeply recommend to all future travellers!

Lovely staff and clean room. They made the extra effort for us on our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the free ice cream on a hot day and the washing machines (just note that availability of them is limited). Modern plugs for USB and USB-C. We could log into our nextflix account and screen mirror. Very happy, great location and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

We had a lovely time. Sometimes you could hear people in the corridors but it calmed down at night. the room is the size as shown in the pictures, so we were prepared and the smart design of the room and its features meant we had all the space we needed. Make sure to put the room cleaning request sign on the door on time (before 10am on the dot).

Near metro stations and the hotel provides several things for daily use such as tooth brush, a variety of shampoos, shavers, ear plugs, etc. The staff is very gentle. The room is small, but it was enough for me and my boyfriend. We were with 4 pieces of luggage (2 bigs and 2 smalls) inside the room and the space was enough.

The bathroom gets very wet after every shower. Would be nice a better physical separation between the bath and toilet area. But this is the details. The place is very nice anyway and I would probably return.
