So I booked this hotel on my first ever visit to Tokyo and I wasn't disappointed at all. I was travelling alone so know that rooms in Tokyo can be small, however this was perfect for me. The bed was a nice sized double, I am 6'4 tall and had no problems, the bed was SUPER comfy and very very clean and fresh, I slept very well every night. The staff were super friendly and always welcomed me on arrival to collect or hand in my key. The cleaning staff were kind and friendly too. The room had a kettle and a fridge and I was able to buy refreshments from the 2 local shops to make drinks whenever I wanted. Breakfast was a typical Japanese breakfast which I really enjoyed but I can see some westerners turning their nose up, however there are plenty of places nearby if you want something more western. The hotel is near major metro lines both Mistukoshimae and Nihombashi both have great connections and it's only about a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Main Station. The hotel has a convenience store nearby 7-11 and a small Supermarket. There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby. I would 500% stay at this hotel again when I visit TOKYO as it was everything I wanted on my budget. I really cannot fault my stay here.

The only thing is the bath is a little small, I know this is traditional in Japan but as someone who is 6'4 tall you can't really lie down and have a nice soak like I'm used to after a long day exploring the town. However I still managed to and there's always the shower. Again, this is to be expected as it's normal in Japan for small baths.

The hotel is about a 6-block walk from Tokyo Station in an area of narrow streets with lot of places to eat nearby and with subway stops very close to get around the city. The room was comfortable but small but that is common in Tokyo. The staff was friendly, spoke English well enough, the bed conformable and the Wi-Fi good. I also like the breakfast buffet in the morning as it was convenient and there was a variety of things.

I really don't have any complaints and I would stay there again.

Honestly after reading the reviews to this and other hotels of the same price range I expected worse but the place is really good! Considering the location I'm surprised it's cheap. The room is small, but still ok for 2 people, 4 big baggage bags and 2 big backpacks, so not so small after all (if you don't want to lay every bag on the floor and unpack on the same time). The bed is comfortable, bathroom is a bit small if you're taller than 190cm but still comfortable too. Everything is clean, cleaner than every hotel I've been to before. You can take everything you need (tea, coffee, toothbrush, hairbrush, razors, etc) at the hall. There's a small fridge, tea kettle, air humidifier and hair dryer at the room. Can't say anything about breakfast, but you can use microwave at the 4th floor. They offered to clean the room (change bedding, etc) 2 times during our 8 days stay (you can choose the exact date and add more cleaning for 1000 yen) but since you can just put your garbage outside the room in the morning during cleaning hours and also you are still provided with clean towels every morning, there's no need in extra cleaning. The station is also not far away. Everyone was polite and helpful so I'm really glad I booked this place.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, in the middle of Chuō. Very good connections to local and long-distance transport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, there was always a free bottle of water. All hygiene products were available free of charge, and nightwear was provided. Breakfast (Japanese style) could be booked. Very tasty and recommended. There was also a smoking room. Konbinis etc. were in the immediate vicinity. I can recommend the hotel. PS: Please note that the rooms are Japanese sized. Don't expect large western hotel rooms.

This hotel is conveniently located near almost everything: convenience stores, the subway, and several places to eat and drink. It's also within walking distance of Tokyo and Kanda Stations, although they are a bit farther. The room was spacious enough to keep my suitcase and shopping bags without taking up too much space. The bed and air conditioning system were great. All the employees were nice and helped us with the few things we needed.

I know it’s difficult to please everyone when it comes to pillows, but the one provided was just too thin and short. I had to request an extra pillow (which they promptly provided) to make it comfortable enough.

The hotel is located in a nice side-street, away from the loudness of the city. It's less than 5min walking distance to a metro station and close to multiple public transport options. There are also some restaurants near by. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage until our room became available (we arrived very early in the morning to Tokyo). The room size was OK for Japan standards - we had enough space for our luggage not to be in our way. The room was also very clean - bed and bathroom, so not a single complaint there. Basically everything as expected. We were very happy to have stayed there, even though it was only for 1 night. Internet worked well, there was an elevator, all necessary information could be found in English.

The room showed some wear, but that's expected from hotels that are not completely new. So nothing that I would expect that needs improvement.

My third time staying here, and while it was only for a night, there is a reason I keep coming back. It's in a good location (walking distance from Tokyo station and several metro stations), the staff are always friendly and the rooms have everything you need. I've stayed in quite a few different Japanese business hotels, but this one always feels like it's a step above when it comes to things like cleanliness. I imagine I'll be back again eventually.

The rooms are small and simple, but you're paying for a business hotel in the centre of Tokyo, so that isn't surprising.

Good business hotel for travelers who plan on traveling anywhere from Tokyo Station (20 minute walk) with not too much luggage. The hotel is a bit dated but still clean and great for a solo or couple traveling to Tokyo with not much luggage. They check out time is also 11am which is nice since most of Tokyo does not open till 10 or 11am.

The laundry room is located on an upper floor so it can take a few hours (checking to see if the washer/dryer is available, checking on your own laundry, etc.

Everything was perfect. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is great. From Narita Airport you can take the Sky Access train directly to Nihombashi Station. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Mitsukoshimae and 10 minutes away Nihombashi by feet. The hotel is very clean. The bento they sell at the hotel is very tasty. Gratitude to the hotel staff (especially Mrs Takeuchi was kind) for their hospitality and friendly in the beautiful city Tokyo. Definitely gonna book this hotel again in my next visit.
