The location is easy to reach, not far from the train stations. Located in a quite neighbourhood and safe area. Close to the Seven Eleven convenience store which is around the corner on the other end from the hotel. The staff are professional, very polite and very helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. The bidet always heated. The shared laundry is there to use. If you don't have a spare coins for the washing machine, just ask the staff at the main reception to change your money and they will help you. You can have your meal that you buy from the convenience store and heat it in the microware at their dining room exactly in front of the main reception desk. We also asked the staff to send our luggage to the next hotel at Kyoto and they helped us with it, very quick. I love this hotel and the staff.

Clean property and very kind staff. It is at a short walking distance from several subway lines and some 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station, although not recommended to go walking if you're bringing heavy suitcases. By subway, some stations don't have elevator to the surface too. There're plenty of amenities too, including pajamas and slippers.

The breakfast isn't worthy. It costs 900 yen but it's basically just a Japanese curry with some few other items, but not enough variety. With that amount, you can go to a convenience store (there are a couple some 2 minutes away from the hotel) and eat much more. Also, the walls in the room are quite thin, so I could hear my neighbors laughing and talking and sometimes hitting the wall at night. Not quite pleasant. Finally, there's a smoking room in front of the reception, but I think smokers should deal with it outside the hotel.

This hotel's location is conveniently situated within walking distance of multiple local train stations, as well as convenience stores and a diverse selection of dining options. While Tokyo station requires a bit more walking compared to the other nearby stations, it's still easily accessible on foot. It's worth noting that the hotel provides breakfast featuring curry, which results in a distinct aroma permeating the lobby and occasionally the hotel entrance. However, this scent doesn't extend beyond these areas. While it may be off-putting for some, we personally found it rather enjoyable.

The toilet in the hotel tends to be quite noisy both during the filling of its tank and when flushing.

Good location for something within a reasonable distance from a train station in Tokyo. The room was clean and spacious, staff was very helpful and 11am checkout time.

The price may be higher than other hotels closer to a subway or train station in the area and you have to take an elevator to get from the front door to the entrance to the front desk (so you have to take two elevators to get in and out of the hotel). On a hot summer or rainy day you will most likely have to take a taxi to or from the station if traveling with luggage.

Staff and location were perfect! Room was also very clean, well taken care and there are helpful gedgets, such as a device charger that is helpfull in case you don't have the proper outlet adaptor.

Personaly, I did not like the breakfast. Although this is Japan, the breakfast was Indian style. Everyday there was curry, rice, pita bread and a few jelly fruits. There was no variaty and no change across days. So, unless you love curry rice for breakfast, it is not worthy.

The breakfast was not great (it was just Japanese style), the coffee was awful ( I suggest having a better coffee machine with options such as cappuccino, etc) The tea options were underwhelming, I suggest supplying the basic tea bag options such as English breakfast or Earl grey rather than just green tea.

The hotel’s position is good, near restaurants and train station. You can walk easily to Tokyo station and Ginza and other places. The hotel has small but comfortable rooms, perfect for one or two nights stay without big luggages. I’ve found the room nice and clean, I’ll surely come next time I want to spend a night in Tokyo

Very kind staff, that helped us during our stay. The room is clean and we’ll adjust, and the location of the hotel is perfect to explore the main attractions of Tokyo (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa, Arajuku). The room might be small but it is totally normal for Tokyo !

The pillow was a little too hard to sleep on, but regardless we slept well !

Everything was as it was listed on Booking.com. The rooms were small but functional, everything was very clean, only about 400 metres walk from a JR station coming directly from Narita airport. We arrived around 11pm and check-in was open. We only had to walk a few blocks to find a 24-hour restaurant that was open at midnight to have dinner after a long flight. The hotel was quiet despite being in a busy part of the city.

Great value for money; I’m delighted and like it. Clean environment, friendly staff. Convenient transportation and the area is lively! This is my first time in Japan, and I’m thoroughly enjoying this first experience. I'll definitely come back next time I have a business trip to Japan.
