Location was very good near akihabara, asakusa. From narita or haneda airport, you only need 1 line to the Ningyocho Station, no need to transfer. walking distance under 1km from station to hotel. Complimentary breakfast was very good. It has lot variety (tamago/omelette, sausage/hamburg, grill fish, soup, salad, coffee and tea. We got king size bed (180cm) for 2 adults and 1 kid. Neighborhood was nice and quiet area, lot small local restaurants. Lawson and family mart nearby. there is tendon tenya, yoshinoya, daiso, drug store nearby. Got some amenities for free near the lobby. Overall we very satisfied with this hotel. Totally worth the price.

as like most properties in Tokyo, room a bit small, but u can put ur luggage under the bed. There is a table and 2 chair inside the room, which i think better to take out the room to make some extra room. Room not so quiet / soundproof. Clean only for 4rd day we stay, not everyday. although we dont need everyday cleaning, but i think 3rd day would be better. they only had 2 laundry coin.

Generally a good stay - just one night, after arriving in Japan. The room was clean and a decent size for Tokyo. The shower was great, just what I needed after a long flight. The room was a bit chilly though - the air con seemed to have been disabled - and the bed was rock hard! Otherwise fine. Breakfast was good, though the breakfast room itself is really cramped and busy, so not very relaxed. Staff were lovely and friendly. Location is fine, about a 20-minute or so walk from the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station. All in all good value for money but probably best for a short stay.

The hotel had a great location - only about 7 min from the subway station. The included breakfast was really nice and had a lot more options than I expected (rice, bread, vegetables, fish, and three types of soup). The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the help with forwarding my luggage to my next hotel.

The room is a bit small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. The pillows and bed were also a bit hard and could have been more comfortable. However, I have no major complaints.

As other property in tokyo room a bit small, but u can put ur luggage under the bed. Only has 2 laundry coin and dryer. but if u compare to other properties it still recommended and got lot value.

Centralized location with easy access to transport. Top notch and healthy free breakfast with fast speed wifi. Staff were very friendly and polite. Coin laundry on site, however quite the small machines that gets stuffed full with 5 pieces of thicker clothing (such as hoodies or sweat pants). Laundry detergent available for purchase right next to the laundry machines. 200Y per wash, 30Y per packet of detergent, and 100Y per half hour of drying that can be extended by tossing in additional 100Y coins.

The beds were exceptionally hard. They were similar to the hardness of box springs in North America. Harder than the hardest mattress we've seen in North America, we actually went mattress shopping right before heading to Japan so it was easy to compare. The hotel was only willing to provide an extra single layer wool throw, stating they do not provide more than one fluffy blanket per room. We ended up using towels to help pad the mattress and still woke up with back pain each morning.

The location is at a walking distance from Ningyo-cho and other metro stations. It is also just 2 km away from Tokyo station. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, very courteous. They were always ready to help and support us. The room facilities were good. I have zero complaints.

Just one small issue was that the breakfast didn't have any vegan options. As a vegan or Indian vegetarian there isn't much for you in the breakfast.

It’s a no frills hotel but the room was comfortable, clean and had pretty much all you need, and was more spacious than I’d expected for the price. Location is good (though I kept losing the hotel). You can walk to Tokyo Station in about 20 min, and there are great food places quite nearby. Breakfast was fine, with a good range of food on offer.

The breakfast area was pretty cramped - a smallish space (probably unavoidable) for such a busy hotel, so it was hard to relax and enjoy the breakfast. Although you can pick up tea, coffee etc from a particular place, it would have been nice to have those in the room on arrival.

The location was very good, near major subway stations and in the quarter neighbourhood. The room was very clean even if I mistakenly chose the smoking room and I am not a smoker. The staff was great, not all of them understood English well, but they managed to help us with everything we asked. Breakfast was also amazing, just keep in mind to maybe go before 8:30 as it can get crumpled in the serving area. It was also nice that we could pack breakfast for the go.

I would have liked for beds to be more comfortable, they were very hard. Everything else was great.

It was a lovely hotel, the staff were super friendly and polite. The included breakfast was delicious, the location was great (only a 5-10minute walk to a subway station and close to lots of konbinis/stores), and the room was clean and functional.

There's only 1 elevator which can get very busy around breakfast time, and sometimes can take a few times of it going past for you to be able to fit inside. On a lower floor (1-3) I would say it's better to take the stairs, but 4+ you need the elevator and as we were on the 7th floor, it could sometimes be frustrating waiting so long!

The room was very comfy and clean. Really great to return to after a full day of wandering around. In a walking distance to Tokyo Station which was great, since we had a very early flight and Tokyo Station is the only area to catch a bus to Narita Airport. It all worked well. Can't have an opinion on the breakfast, since we left super early and didn't have time to taste it at all.

The location is strategic for sure. However, to my personal opinion, there are not fun things to do around as a tourist.
