Very convenient and quiet location, close to several subway lines, easily accessible from both airports, and a solid business hotel in it :) Staff speaks English, and they can send your luggage with Kuroneko if needed

The room was tiny but that is to be expected from this type of the hotel. The building is a bit weird, it is a hollow square with rooms in the edges, so the room door went outside (though technically inside the square), and to reach the reception or breakfast you had to freeze outside for a bit waiting for an elevator. Won't be a problem in warmer months, was uncomfortable in winter though.

The room was well-equipped with fresh towels, kettle, slippers, and even an electric cord extension in case you need more outlets. The humidifier in the room was a godsend for our cold-related symptoms. There's an amazing array of amenities in the hotel, ranging from coffee, tea, toiletries. You can pick these up freely in the lobby. We were also able to borrow an umbrella at the front desk on a rainy day. Because we visited sometime around the beginning of the year, the hotel also put out some free candy and plum kelp tea celebrating the Snake zodiac for guests. The candy and tea also came with omikuji, slips of paper telling your fortune for the new year. I thought this was a very attentive gesture on the part of the hotel. The hotel is located close to several subway lines, making moving around Tokyo easier. There are also several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

The room is fairly small, so it was tricky to place our luggage in a way that didn't obstruct our path when trying to move from one spot to another. There's a desk provided, but the television set (which we didn't use) ended up taking up a lot of desk space, so it was a little cramped. But this seems to be the norm in many Tokyo hotels. At any rate, this was only a minor problem.

Breakfast was great. You could choose a western or japanese "set meal" that would change every day which basically consisted on some fish, miso soup and salad or some meatballs, eggs and sausages. Also, to complement that, you had the buffet (cereal, bread, fruits). Even though most japanese hotels give you free stuff like skin care, hairbands, toothpaste, etc, Sotetsu would also give you face masks or even bath salt to have a nice bath. Also the location was 20 mins away from Tokyo station (walking) or just a few blocks from other metro lines which makes it easy to travel anywhere.

Location is great and safe. 3 metro stations nearby make it easy to reach everywhere in reasonable time. E.g. Ginza, Tokyo station and Tsujiki are around 15 mins, Ueno and Asakusa are within 20 mins and Shinjuku & Shibuya is around 30 mins. Convenient stores, restaurants and drug stores are in walking distance. The hotel provides amenities and facilities we may need when traveling, which is super sweet. Services are great, the front desk is very helpful with the guest's requirements. Room is not spacious but equipped with everything.

The bed is cozy but the pillows could be better.

Helpful staff and smooth check in. Various personal hygiene items available. Ningyocho Station within walking distance. Convenience stores incl Daiso and quite a lot of restaurants nearby. Sufficient facilities in room. Comfy bed.

Rooms are slightly smaller than other hotels' although we know small hotel rooms are a norm in Japan. A bit weird rooms' entrances are facing a courtyard which is open-air (already quite cool in autumn - can't imagine how it's going to be like when it snows or rains). Is it due to fung shui or on environmental/lighting concern?

It looked like an older hotel from the photos but in the end it was absolutely up to standards! Check in was easy and the staff very nice. I liked that you could pick free amenities in the hall rather than having them in the room, which feels way less sustainable. The neighborhood was very quiet but well connected.

The location is a bit far from all main tourist areas and attractions

The staff were attentive, excellent, friendly and helpful especially with our double reservations. The room was spacious enough for a family of 3, clean and have necessary items provided. Few minutes walking distance to several subway lines/stations including an Airport bus terminal. Lots of places to eat and shop.

The mattress in my room was uncomfortable, can feel that it is a well used mattress in need of a new one.

Great location, safe, multiple metro stations nearby, easy transit to both HND and NRT. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Hotel is basic but you have everything you need. There are two washing machines on the ground floor and you can check how long the wait is on the TV screen in your room. Brilliant.

They have a system of forcing themselves in to clean rooms every 4 days. There are no safes inside, or do not disturb signs.

Very convenient location (quick access to several nearby subway stations and 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station) as well as being close enough to walk to several sites such as the Imperial Palace. Staff was very friendly and there was an excellent range of amenities that one could access for free (hair masks, toothbrushes, curling iron, tea, etc). Room was small (not surprising for Tokyo), but very tidy and with everything you would need (kettle, fridge, desk, bed). Price was also very reasonable for the quality!

Bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t bad.

Hotel is conveniently located nearby two Tokyo metro stations (exit 6 of Suitengumae station or exit A6 of Ningyocho station which has an elevator). Many eateries and convenience stores are also in the area. Rooms are modest and small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a selection of Western or Japanese prepared plates along with small buffet area for coffee, juice, yogurt, breads, small pastries, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.
