Clean and convenient. The front desk team is exceptional. During our stay, they were able to help us with multiple requests and are very professional and accommodating. Will highly recommend to travelers with family.

Travelling with 4 of us, our room was like having a small apartment to stay in. That extra space was really nice. The rooms feel like a nice blend of Japanese and Western styles. The location is near the Tokyo City Air Terminal, which made going back to the airport really easy. It's also within a couple of blocks of the Suitengūmae Station, which gives you access to the Hanzomon Line of the Metro. Lots of vending machines and konbini's nearby for snacks. I was concerned that I didn't know enough Japanese to check into a hotel, and I was fully prepared to use a translator app, but the front desk staff are multilingual, so that made checking in and out go very smoothly.

Note that some MIMARU locations have a washer/dryer in your room, which makes it really easy to wash clothes for a large family. This location has a laundry room downstairs. That works, but it can be hard to find free machines when people don't take their laundry out in a timely manner. Also, although there are other Metro lines accessible from this hotel, they are in different stations, instead of all coming to the Suitengūmae station. So if you want the Hibiya Line or the Tōzai Line, it's a bit of a walk, which can be challenging with tired children at the end of a very long day. So you might want to take a longer train route which intersects with the Hanzomon Line somewhere.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a few metro and train stations and easy to get to major points of interest in Tokyo. It was interesting to see all of the salary men/women commuting to work. This was our favorite hotel (of 3 we stayed in Japan) and I will definitely look for Mimaru hotels for future trips. We loved that the toilet and shower were separate. My 16 and 19 year olds loved the "bunk beds". Each cubby had it's own light and power outlets. Very clean and modern aesthetic!

As most hotels we encountered on this trip, there aren't a lot of luggage storage spaces to unpack your items. We lived out of our suitcases in all of the hotels we stayed at.

It was truly a home away from home. The room was spacious, clean, equipped with everything a traveler may need to relax, feel comfortable and even take care of their own meals. Yet the most precious asset is the staff - everyone on the front desk team went above and beyond to help us make the best out of our stay: what to see, how to get there, what to explore. My 12-year old was particularly excited about the bingo game, which is a fun way to get to know the hidden gems of the neighbourhood. The bus terminal (Tokyo City Air Terminal) for the airport shuttles (or "limousine" buses), as well as the Hanzamon line subway station is in 5-minutes walk from the hotel. All major tourist hotspots (Skytree, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara) can be reached in 15-30 minutes by boarding a subway train. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores in close proximity to the hotel (some of them are literally around the corner). This was our first trip to Japan, but it will definitely not be the last :) we hope to come back there some day soon.

The staff!! They are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They speak very well english too which is helpful for international guests

MIMARU Tokyo Nihonbashi is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-situated stay in Tokyo. The hotel is spotless and well-maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Its location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport limousine bus and direct trains to Shibuya, making transportation hassle-free. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they speak good English, which is a huge plus for international guests. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

The room was of a good size and accommodated our family of five comfortably for our stay. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, close to train stations and convenience and grocery stores. The kitchen facilities were adequate for preparing some meals when we wanted to eat at home. The room was serviced daily, with rubbish removed and towels refreshed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were even able to check in a little early as the room was available. Luggage is also able to be left with reception prior to check-in. Handy location to Asakusa, Akihabara and Tokyo Station.

The dryers in the laundry room were not very efficient at drying our clothes. We would recommend if using the facilities to add half to a full hour in addition to what you may think you need to dry your clothes

The staff wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed warmly by Michelle. The location can't be any better. A short walk from TCAT. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores close to the hotel. A stone throw away from the subway ohstations. The hotel was clean, warm and exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger than I expected. Plenty of room to move around and store luggages. We were cramped. The dining area and tiny kitchen fit our needs. What made the stay more unforgettable are the staff. Special shout out to Michelle, Brian, Kota, Somit and Aisha. Will definitely come back and stay again when I book a vacation in Japan. Worth every penny. This vacation and experience is one for the books

Fantastic location in the center of Tokyo. Easy access to key areas throughout the city via Suitengumae Station (only a few mins away). Easy access to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Good range of shops & restaurants nearby.

Double beds are just two single beds pushed together - a little bit unusual if you're used to sleeping in a regular double bed. No stairs available for regular use (emergency only), so we took the lift every day. Getting it can be slow at times depending on whether other people are trying to use it too. Apart from that, nothing to report!
