Lovely peaceful hotel with clean rooms and lots of shared bathrooms facilities on each floor (never had to wait to use one). The breakfast options (additional cost) were delicious and beautifully presented each day. Staff were always so helpful and ready to assist with any queries. Amenities were provided in the room and also in the common washroom if you wanted more of any (e.g. toothbrush, amenity kit). Great views over the river and back towards the Tokyo Skytree. It's about a 10-15min walk to the nearest subway station.

3 of us stayed in the 4 person bunk room with river view. The room is reasonably spacious and has a sink. The shared toilets and showers were always very clean and we never had to wait for them. High quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner all provided. Nice river views. Pleasant staff.

The restaurant downstairs was pretty expensive. 12-15 min walk from any subway station. Would’ve liked curtains on the bunks, which some other rooms seem to have. No USB charging points.

It was better than I expected. Highly recommended. The room was the same as on the pictures. NICE view during the day and night. Really mesmerizing to see the boats and ships passing by (also watching the city from bathtub). Clean room, the beds were hard but we really liked it. You can reach metro stations in about 10 mins of walk. Or you can walk by the river to Asakusa in 25-30 mins. Skytree 40 mins by walk. Breakfast is just enough and really tasty, you can choose from 3 options. Coffee is tasty too.

Maybe bigger mugs would be great.

Best Value place for Solo travelers. Great river view from the restaurant, and u can walk along the Sumida River, next to the Kiyosu-bashi Bridge.🌉🌞 Mr Shinji was so helpful, all the receiptionist was accommodating, gives you helpful suggestions and tips on train rides. Everyone can express with good english. 🥰 Fyi: Location needs a lot of walking 10mins from Kiyosumi-shirakawa train Station. And 10mins walk from TCAT station where the limousine airport bus drops ya. Good local food are also 7-10mins walk. The price for the bedspace and cleaniness of the common toilets is very good 👍! Love the washing machine, built in detergent for ¥400(5kg) They have combs, toothbrush, towel, basic toiletries. 🚻 Thank you very much & I appreciated my stay and the hospitality provided.

Well they don't provide free bottle water for Dorm type, pls bring your own. Well, there are 3 mins mini grocery store or a 5-8mins walk nearest Lawson. A vending machine near their entrance door for water and other drinks offered. Oh! An advice : You need to message/email them an early 'Request' for a bedspace below since its an up&down bedspace. I got the top bed space it was a hassle climbing up & down 😬 And an early request like a day before for the American waffles breakfast style, try it its good. U have 3 types of breakfasts offered to choose from. Lastly they need to put a bigger visible sign of English instructions how to use the washing machine. 😅 Did not notice the one sticked on the wall.

Quiet area with a nice stroll by the river. Staff was kind and polite and breakfast was excellent. Dinner too was really good but menu was a bit limited. Rooms were very well sound proofed, didn't hear any of my neighbors make a peep once. Mind you, I didn't use the shared rooms, I had my own room which had a gorgeous view of the river.

Location was a bit isolated, limited restaurants around, and subway is about a 10 minute walks. Didn't have an iron so I had wrinkled clothes throughout my trip. Lol.

Very good location, wonderful view of the Sumida River, very friendly staff at the reception, very clean. You feel like you're on a ship.

Breakfast is served in a restaurant in the building, which is not part of the hotel. The breakfast menu is a bit one-sided and you have to pay extra for every extra coffee or juice before you are even allowed to order. I would have liked a little more flexibility here in that the drinks are included and you can order a few additional snacks. But the quality of the food is very good and the service is very friendly.

The hotel rooms were gigantic in relation to the other hotels I've stayed in, in Japan. The facilities were high quality. Though the rooms were set up well, though also no-nonsense and there were no frills once they covered the basics. The food and coffee at the in-house restaurant were great. The view from the bath/shower to the river was wonderful and a great bonus. The airport bus station is reasonably nearby, and has some shops etc.

I wish that there were more to see/do in the hotel area. It is relatively off the beaten track - but at the price, you can't find better and might appeal to families and others wanting a more relaxed vibe. There are some more interesting wine shops and restaurants on the other side of the airport bus station to the hotel.

The staff was so kind and attentive. They really went out of their way to help, which was amazing. The mixed dormitory room is pretty spacious, kept super clean and tidy. They offer a few amenities (toiletries,umbrellas, etc..) , which is always nice! It's in a really nice and quiet area, next to the sumida river. The terrace view is pretty amazing!

The check-in is until 11:30pm, which allows for loud sounds and bright lights, late at night. However with earplugs and eye-mask, it's not an issue.

We love the room layout. Beds are comfortable. There is also a window in the room so if you would like to have ventilation. There is also good air-conditioning. Communal shower rooms are topped up regularly. There is also a free drink voucher voucher per person that can be redeemed from their restaurant. There are vendors machines in the hotel so if you need a quick hydration fix. There is also a nearby 7 Eleven and an approximately 15 minutes walk train station. Staff are polite, helpful and excellent. There is also a ramped entrance which is helpful if you have luggages. There are safe and slippers provided in the room.

The toilet and shower room area on our floor stunk considerably like a sewage / drainage type of scent. Did not infiltrate the rooms however. Communal powder room can only accommodate 4 people at a time. The fridge and microwave (mini kitchenette area) and laundry area is incorporated all in one space so scent of food might attach to your clothes and freshly washed hair. Lifts shut so quick, that we get hit by the doors several times. Wall partitions are thin, so can hear neighbouring guests. Luckily our room is at the far end, so we only have one neighbour.

The view was amazing, right over the Sumida River. We can see the bridge, and it looked beautiful at night with all the lights - just like our own 'Harbour Bridge'! :) The hotel offered welcome drinks and had a water dispenser, laundry facilities, and a dryer.

The room is quite small for a family. The closest train station is about 700 meters away (Kiyosumi-Shirakawa station), which can be a challenge to reach with luggage, but it’s manageable without it. Additionally, there aren’t many cafes or restaurants near the hotel.
