Considering the price paid, this was an excellent choice. The apartment is located on a quiet street, approximately 7-10 minutes of a walk from 2 train stations with 3 different lines in total, so it is convenient to transport all around the city. Accommodation also was inclusive of all necessary amenities such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes etc.

The hotel has a policy of "no room clean-up", so you need to clean on your own. This includes no towel changing, no bed-sheets changing and no one entering the room in general, so I wouldn't recommend this for long stays. Also, at least for the 3 bed apartment that I booked, photos were not detailed enough for me to understand what the room is like, although at the end it was better than I expected. In any case, more photos should be added, for the guests to have a clear understanding.

Super big room! So rare in Tokyo. I loved being able to prepare simple meals with some kitchenware borrowed from the reception. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the hotel is within walking distance to some of the most superb coffee roasters I've visited in Tokyo. There are also coin-operated washing facilities in the building. Hotel provided lots of amenities that made it a pleasant stay. WiFi worked fine for me, I could take work calls with no issue.

Not much to dislike! Overall I was very happy with my stay. You do have to take the metro to go to more "popular" tourist locations but that's not really an issue for me. Also note that daily housekeeping is optional and requires an additional fee.

ROOM: Quite large for the price and the neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Location: The location was very good, it was accessible with multiple subway lines and it was easy to travel across Tokyo with ease. Cleanliness: VERY GOOD VERY CLEAN. Nothing much to say about it, the room always smelled fresh and clean and the toilet was clean and has an air filter to keep the room fresh.

Nothing really. Really don't have much to say about what I didn't like. Apart from room, I would say that the laundry room can have more capacity, but 2 machine and 2 driers are enough.

We stayed at the hotel from August 19 to 26. The hotel is very good, clean, tidy, organized with good air-conditioning. On our next trip to Tokyo, we'll definitely come back to this hotel. The only drawback is that the mattress is not very comfortable. On the other hand, we were extremely well received, and the staff were excellent. The young man who took care of us (we don't have his first name) gave us one of the best welcome experiences possible. He was kind, patient, respectful and friendly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I booked a smoking room because it was the only one available, but they were able to change it weeks before our check-in to nonsmoking. The location is near Sensoji, SkyTree and other sightseeing spots. The free private car from Narita airport to the hotel was amazing as the driver was also very friendly and talked about what to do during New Year's in Tokyo. We're also near groceries, 7-11, Lawson and Family Mart. They have tons of toiletries available including skincare, too! They have microwave, free ice, and you can do your laundry for a fee near the check-in area. Decent WiFi speed, too. We will definitely book this hotel again! Thank you so much!

There’s no washing machine in hotel. But there are 24hr self-service laundry near the hotel.

Well-organized place, with all you need for staying a bit longer. Functioning AC, a fan and a possilibty to open the window made this a great place for me in comparison to other hotels in Japan, meaning that it is a god place to stay over the summer when it is hot.

The hallway was a bit smelly and people were smoking outside the entrance.

Close to 2 different train lines that made for cheap and easy commuting. These stations aren't super busy which made for a great introduction to Tokyo. The room was clean and spacious by Tokyo standards and we loved the small number of floors which meant no waiting for lifts. The laundry was handy too and reasonably priced. It was great that our family could all fit in the 1 room. We loved the Iki coffee shop a short walk away. It's open at 8am which is amazing! I wish I had of taken up the meal deal from the hotel to dine there to save some $.

Spacious and has all the amenities, near to stations! This can reach disney resort (2transfer) thru tokyo subway pass and icoca card of 270yen for the 3rd transfer. I liked the laundry area with 300yen wash for 30mins and 100yen per 15mins drying! The room has all the amenities too, ref, water heater, induction cooker, microwave and to include a bath tub! Luggages can be stored earlier than check in!

Far from airport! I overlooked the travel from hotel to Narita (our flight was 7:15am, I was worried that the earliest available subway will reach the airport at around 6:17 with two transfer(i am not confident and the possibility of getting lost at the subway and will fail to board the next connecting train). The next possible will be thru taxi which cost me another 17kyen thru Booking.com discounted at 10%, other means of taxi cost 30k yen!😭

Loved this hotel! It's in such a nice location — quiet, cute little street but still super close to everything. The room was super cozy and comfy, perfect to relax after a long day. Check-in was super fast, and the second room was actually ready earlier than expected, which was awesome. Staff were super sweet and helpful too. Honestly, everything felt easy and chill. Would 100% stay here again next time!
