Privacy, hot water, clean room, great service upon arrival. Easy check out. Safe space. Great location, quiet neighbourhood yet close to many stations metro or bus. A/C working on both hot and cold. Room had window to clean the air. Amenities received upon arrival. Had towels. Had hair blow dryer. Fridge and kettle. Wifi was great. Anyone needing to wash clothes,there s a wash and dry coin at 8 min walk. Convenience stores all around.

travelling alone . the location is good , it has 2 subways nearby, 5min to the hotel. Very easy to go in Tokyo everywhere . The room is small but clean . For opening the door (key) we need to turn right not turn left, so the 1st time I got a little problem but I soon figure out by myself.the stuff are friendly, I have 2 big bagages and it’s hard to travel after the check out , he says I can take my bagages whenever the time. The location was ideal and within 10 minute's walk of the train station. The room I used was well-kept and comfortable. The price was affordable and the ultimate deciding factor for my stay. Management was friendly and responded to messaging easily.

Excellent family owned (?) hotel. Having a single room for this price was very satisfying. I can only regret the lack of natural light in the room but I was expecting it given the pictures. The staff is very friendly (they contacted me ahead of my arrival to give me instructions to get from the airport!), polite and speaks English.

Staff was friendly and helpful had a local area map of nearest shops and restaurants travel wise was half an hour to Akiharaba and hour to shibuya and 45 mins to haneda airport which was all reasonable and they had a microwave on each floor

The hotel was good and met my expectations. It was a good location within walking distance of the train station. The rooms were kept well and cleaned daily. Pretty secure and clear instructions given. I appreciated the communication if needed. Good price and convenient for solo travelers.

The owner was super friendly and spoke good English. The hotel itself had a nice charm to it. Check in and check out was super easy. Close to a 7/11. Good price for the location near central Tokyo.

The place is very in good position and have various service around, you could not move from the area around and enjoy japan anyway! lol

Did not have the breakfast, i,m sure it would have been nice. Within ~400 meters of Morishita & Kikukawa (sp?) stations.

Could have used more accurate directions from Morishita / Kikukawa stations. Will be happy to help them out when I,m back home. Other than that it met my needs.

Good value for money. Near friend’s house. Near a nice shopping street, boutique shops. Near good ramen shop. Friendly staff.

Only negative would be air conditioning unit outside bedroom window. Not super noisy. But not silent.
