Quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, two supermarkets nearby (at least one is 24/7). Towels and toiletries, washing machine, slippers and umbrellas. We had no issues with self check-in and doors' locks. Aircos worked well, as well as ventilation in the shower (it can also heat). Big fridge, ok kettle, fine microwave. The apartment (and bed) is perfect for one person. Two - will be crowded but manageable. There's a wardrobe with hangers. Easy communication with the host, they replied fast.

Keep in mind that street noise is audible, like cars from 6am. It's not a busy street, but it can disturb you if you are a light sleeper. The bed is not the best, but not the worst. Duvet was almost short for me (expected). Sofa is tiny (expected). I'm 181cm and the shower ceiling was quite close to my head (also expected).

Location is amazing, there is a 7eleven open 24/7 at 20 meters, in front of it there is an amazing super market with all sort of foods, also international ones. Subway is very close by, and there is an amazing pizzeria 10 minutes walk away (Bella Napoli). If you like to walk you can easily get to the sumida aquarium and sky tree by going through a very long and thin park. There are also a lot of parking lot nearby the apartment which are very cheap compared to other japanese places where I have been.

The room/building seems to be newly furnished. The bathroom, washing area, and toilet are clean. All household goods perfectly run. The facility is easily accessible (access from Morishita/森下 Tokyo Metro station to Haneda airport is convenient, only one transit at Daimon/大門 station)。

We have one unpleasant experience, on the third day of our stay, the gas supply was cut off (not sure about the reason, but intercom record showed a visit from gas company staff while we were absent). The host, however, acted promptly, and offered us public bath house for the night bath.

Everything. Especially the drying laundry part. Although it was missing a rope to hang the clothes, we were able to put it in the shower area, and we turned on the air and it dried overnight. I've never seen a system like that before. We're big fans and I hope to put something similar in our house one day.

A newly built and comfortable place to stay with a grocery store just a block away. Kitchen and separate shower and toilet is was why we booked this room. Subway station is somewhat close, about a 10 min walk. For a single traveler it would be peferct. For 2 people its a bit small but managable.

More information about how to turn on the water heater and how to use the air con in english would have been helpful. There's a lot rules and on what to do and not what to do while staying in the room is a bit bothersome.

Check-in was very easy, apartment is well equipped with a washing machine and bathroom dryer :) Swift reply to my questions. Quiet neighbourhood, nice supermarket just one block away. We would definitely come back again!

No lift, but manageable.

This is a very functional and nice apartment in a really nice and quiet neighborhood near a toei subway station, 7 eleven and a big supermarket. Everything was really clean and well equipped. The bathroom was really nice with a bath tube. It was a really pleasurable experience for our first nights in Tokyo.

This time of the year is really hot in the kitchen and the bathroom, but the AC made it nice in the bedroom. We liked our stay and recommend it a lot!

Everything was perfect. Clean, organized place, with all amenities. There is a market and metro station nearby. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The hosts answered all my questions. I loved!

Really enjoyed our stay here, loved the location - a quiet residential area only 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station & a minute walk to a convenience store. Apartment was well equipped & comfortable. Good for 2 - maybe not 3.

Well packed with what you need. Spacious for Japanese standard sizes, clean and comfortable.

Communication was prompt by was on line and have to check emails constantly to do the process of check-in. That wasn’t optimal and can improve.
