Super love the location! This is my 2nd time in S-peria. It is 5 minutes walk from the airport limousine or the bus station from/to Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is across a grocery and nearby Lawson. The bed is always comfy as ever! The room I booked has been always perfect for solo traveler like me. If you have more than 2 luggages, expect that it can be hard to move around but is fine! If I will be back again in Tokyo, I will definitely book this hotel again! Happy to see improvements too including the new look of the key card and breakfast menu.

None! Just include plastic bags for trashes specially if guests will not ask to clean the room.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel accepts luggage delivery, it's very clean, safe, and the complimentary beverage during your stay was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and surrounded by hidden gems: cafes, bakery, the water way with the bridge, etc. We picked this spot because of the value and the proximity to the trains and bus depot. You can't beat it! 4 min walk. Super convenient. There are great places to eat at the Bus terminal, plus a post office, stores, etc. There is a convenience store right around the corner also.

The room is super small! We expected it and booked it knowing it would be. Still a little smaller than we anticipated. Not a lot of walking room or room to store your luggage, but clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect! The location couldn't have been better; especially since some of us were leaving out of Haneda and some out of Narita.

The hotel has a great location! It's a 5 min walk from the Limousine Airport Bus Station. 3 min if you catch the crosswalk lights. There are shops, a post office, restaurants and more at the Bus Station. Ton of options. There is a convenience store on the corner and the river is down the street. You can take a beautiful walk along the river or cross over for more restaurants, hole in the wall bakeries, and shops. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Wonderful staff. The room is clean and modern though extremely small and tight. We only needed a night and it was comfortable and perfect location before heading to the airport. Even included a complimentary non-alcoholic drink. If staying longer splurge for more space.

Just the room size being very tight and small-no where to put luggage, though total value for the location and one night.

Early check in (even just 45min) only provided at a cost (1000Yen p/hr) Rooms are very small. If you have big luggage this might be a problem. Checked under bed if I left anything behind, and it was quite dusty.

Loveee the size of the room for a solo traveler. Bed is comfy. Private bathroom is clean. I also love that across my room is the laundy area. The buffet breakfast is good. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Pro Tip: In Suigentumae Station, search for exit 1a or b BUT DO NOT EXIT there. Exit at TCAT escalator specially if you have big luggages. Walk straight and look for Hamochi exit. Cross the street and you will see Lawson. It will take you less than 7mins to reach the hotel. If you have flights to/from Narita or Haneda, this hotel is ideal for you so you can take the airport limousine.

Very friendly staff, who were available to help with anything 24/7. Cleanliness of the room was top-notch provided with all the toiletries you might need. Cozy, clean and comfortable beds. The pillow was maybe a little smaller than I would like.

Breakfast selection was not the biggest, but it was definitely tasty with both Western and Eastern food choices. Just a bit smaller rooms that one might hope for. Perfectly okay if you don’t need to be at the room a lot though.

The facilities are clean and nice, and the staff is kind and helpful. The room was a bit small, but good enough for my necesities. For the location, it was good value for what I paid. While the hotel itself might be far from the usual tourist attractions of Tokyo, there is a subway station very close, so commuting is not an issue.

Amenities are at the front desk. I am usually not a far of the toothpaste that comes with the toothbrush, so I usally bring mine. Other than that, my stay was excellent.

Good choice of local options at breakfast. Location was very good for using public transport. Quiet location. All staff were helpful and friendly. Clean throughout. Water bottles given daily. Comfortable bed. Local shops for snacks/drinks.

The location is excellent for those using the limousine bus system to the airports. It is a 5-minute walk from the station. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel, just cross the street.

It would be nice if there was a knife and napkin available at the breakfast service. There was a lot of dust under the bed, which is bad for those with allergies. Few washing machines and no connection to the television to know if they were available.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, which was difficult to find during my travel in Japan. Staff was really helpful and really nice. Location was perfect, on the river and 5-minute walk from the stop to the bus for the airport. There are two laundry coins, and the washing and drying machine works perfectly. A vending machine is also available on the first floor.A conveniente store is just behind the hotel. I loved everything of my stay!
